"Huh... Where... Am I?" Jaune's eyes darted around, a profound sense of confusion washing over him as he tried to make sense of his surroundings. The tranquility of the forest was disorienting, especially since he had believed he was still in Atlas just moments ago. His brow furrowed with curiosity and concern.
"Why am I in a forest? I was still at Atlas?" He voiced his inner turmoil, his words echoing through the trees. The situation was like a puzzle with missing pieces, everything around him appearing simultaneously familiar and hazy, like a distant dream.
Jaune navigated through the lush forest, every step weighed down by the pressing need to understand his predicament. As he continued to explore, a sudden realization struck him like a bolt of lightning, and his eyes widened in recognition.
"I am in the Emerald Forest" The words slipped from his lips, a revelation that grounded him to the knowledge that this sprawling woodland belonged to the continent of Sanus. His mind raced, trying to piece together the fragments of memory that lingered, but they remained stubbornly elusive. He knew he had been in Atlas, in the company of Mordred and the Ace-Ops, but now, inexplicably, he stood in Sanus.
"I can figure this out lat-" Jaune's voice trailed off abruptly as his gaze was drawn towards a distant, castle-like structure that loomed on the horizon. His temples throbbed with a growing headache, his hand instinctively reaching to soothe the discomfort.
"My old hoodie..." He gasped, his fingers tracing the fabric of the garment that clung to his shoulders. Confusion swirled with apprehension as he grappled with the impossible continuity of this hoodie's presence.
"My memories mainly recall me being with my team at Beacon just before Miss Goodwitch's class, despite some parts of me still in Atlas" he muttered, his thoughts racing like wildfire. But his instincts, honed through countless trials, told him unequivocally that something was awry.
