Naiinis akong bumangon at inabot yung cellphone ko sa bedside table na tumunog ito indicating that someone is calling.

"Que!?" I snapped.

"Good morning din bro ah!" It's Light. "Masyado pang maaga para mainit yang ulo mo."

"Exactly!! Masyado pang maaga para mambuwesit ka."

Madaling araw na akong nakatulog kanina at masakit pa yung ulo ko. So, I don't have the patience to play with this dumbass this early morning.

I heard Light sighed through the phone.

"Late ka na naman natulog no?" Aniya. "You drank all night again, Dame?" I didn't answer him. "Bro, it's been years. For once, 'wag mo naman pabayaan yung sarili mo. You think Yu—"

"Cierra la puta boca!!" I cut him off.

I don't want anyone to mention her name.

But, because it still pains me.

It pains me a lot that I can see her in every single part of our home. Smiling cutely at me.

I heard him took a deep breath. They know too well how much that incident affects me.

I threw my phone on the single couch sa gilid at humiga pabalik sa kama. I roughly wiped my tears away and covered my face with my arm.

I have always blamed myself for what happened. Kahit ilang beses pa nilang sabihin na hindi, I can't.

I shouldn't have left her alone there. Sana sinama ko na lang siya sakin.

Sana kasal na kami ngayon with our little ones running and roaming around the house. Giggling and shouting.

Three kids would be great pero syempre kung ilan yung gusto ng buhay ko ayos lang. Her body, her choice.
