Dear Diary,
Today, I received the very first gift of my life. And guess whom it's from! It's Yoongi hyung; my very own best friend, he told me to write about people who make me feel happy and loved. Well, I can't think of anyone who fits that description more perfectly than him. So, here goes nothing...
From the very beginning, Yoongi hyung has been my rock, my confidant, my protector. He's seen me at my worst, and yet he's never once turned away from me. He knows about my flaws, my scars, the parts of me I hide from the world, and he's never judged me for them.
He has this way of taking care of me that's unlike anyone else I've ever known. He's always there to keep me out of trouble, even when I seem to attract it like a magnet. He never hesitates to stand up for me, even when it means putting himself in a tough spot. I can't count the number of times he's saved me from my own reckless decisions.
But it's not just in the big moments that Yoongi hyung shines. It's in the small things too. He's always there with a comforting word or a shoulder to cry on when I'm feeling down. He's never made me feel like a burden, even when I've leaned on him more than I should.
And the way he cares for me, it's something I can't even put into words. It's in the way he looks at me, with that soft, caring gaze that makes me feel like I'm the most important person in the world. It's in the way he smiles at me, like I'm the reason for all the happiness in his life. It's in the way he's always there, ready to support me, no matter what.
I wish I could express just how much Yoongi hyung means to me, how he's changed my life in so many ways. But words will never do it justice. All I can say is that I'm grateful, more grateful than I can say, to have him in my life. He's my best friend, my confidant, my protector, and so much more.
So, here's my wish, written in these pages: I hope Yoongi hyung stays with me forever. I hope our bond only grows stronger with time. And I hope he knows just how much he's loved and appreciated, not just by me, but by everyone lucky enough to know him.
