Yoongi's mind raced as he thought of a plan.

He remembered the fire escape that led to Jimin's room. It was their secret escape route, a symbol of their love.

With swift determination, he made his way to the back of the house and started climbing the rusted fire escape ladder. The cold metal dug into his palms as he ascended.

Reaching Jimin's window, he tried to open it, but it was locked from the inside, and the curtains were tightly drawn.

Restless and desperate to reach Jimin, Yoongi tapped gently on the window, hoping that Jimin would hear him.

After what felt like an eternity, the curtains were slowly drawn back, revealing Jimin's tear-stained face.

His eyes widened in surprise as he spotted Yoongi on the fire escape.

He placed his trembling hand on the window, and Yoongi did the same, their fingers almost touching through the glass.

"I couldn't stay away, Jimin," Yoongi whispered, his voice filled with love and concern. "I had to make sure you're okay."

Jimin, a crying mess, managed a weak smile through his tears. He nodded, his voice barely a whisper as he said, "Thank you, hyung. I thought I was all alone."

Yoongi's heart ached for Jimin, but he was determined to be strong for him. He leaned closer to the window, his eyes locked with Jimin's.

"You're not alone, Jimin," Yoongi reassured him. "I'll find a way to get you out of this situation, I promise."

Jimin's tears flowed anew, but this time they were tears of relief. "I believe you, hyung."

But then, with a trembling voice, Jimin told Yoongi, "You need to go back home, Yoongi. It's too dangerous for you to stay here. I'll be fine. I promise."

Yoongi hesitated for a moment, torn between his love for Jimin and the danger that lurked within the house.

Reluctantly, he nodded. "Alright, Jimin. But remember, I'm just a call away. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need me."

Jimin's eyes filled with gratitude as he whispered, "I won't forget that, Yoongi. Please, be safe."

With one last longing look, Yoongi descended the fire escape, his heart heavy but filled with determination to find a way to rescue Jimin from the clutches of his oppressive father.

---

The days passed in painful monotony for Jimin. His father's discovery of his secret had turned his world upside down.

He was trapped in his room, cut off from the outside world. His phone had been confiscated, his window locked, and his spirit crushed. Jimin felt like a caged bird, longing for the freedom to be with the one he loved.

Every day, Yoongi would come to Jimin's house, his heart heavy with despair.

He would stand outside Jimin's door, knocking and pleading to be let in, but Mr. Park was unyielding.

He turned a deaf ear to Yoongi's pleas, refusing to let the two young men be together.

Yoongi's heart ached. He missed Jimin more than words could express. He would often cry himself to sleep, clutching his phone tightly, wishing for a message, a call, anything that would bridge the chasm that had grown between them.

Then, one fateful day, as Yoongi sat in his room, his phone rang. His heart skipped a beat when he saw that it was an unknown number calling.

Hesitantly, he answered the call, and his world lit up when he heard Jimin's voice on the other end.

"Hyung," Jimin's voice trembled with emotion.

Tears welled up in Yoongi's eyes as he replied, "Jimin, Oh my god I've missed you so much. How are you? A-are you okay?"

Jimin's voice was filled with longing as he spoke, "It's been terrible, hyung. My father is watching my every move, but I had to find a way to talk to you. He took my phone, but I'm calling you from the landline. I can't bear to be apart from you any longer."

Yoongi's heart swelled with love and determination. "Jimin, I promise you, we'll find a way to be together. No matter what it takes, I'll rescue you from that oppressive environment. We'll be free to love each other openly."

Jimin's voice trembled with hope, "I believe in us, hyung. We can make it through this. Just knowing that you're there gives me the strength to endure."

As they continued to talk, their words of affection and promises of a future together filled the airwaves, bridging the physical distance that separated them.

Their love, though tested and strained, remained unwavering. They clung to each other through the telephone line, finding solace in the knowledge that love could overcome even the most formidable obstacles.

Little did they know that their love story was far from over, and the challenges they would face would only serve to strengthen their bond.

'In the eyes of the world, we're wrong, But in each other's arms, we both belong, Though the path is rocky, and the stakes are high, Our forbidden love, we won't let it die.'
