Yoongi lay in the dimly lit guest room, his eyes fixated on the ceiling. The unfamiliarity of the room made it difficult for him to fall asleep.

He was used to the comfort of his own bed, and this strange environment was far from ideal. He tossed and turned, trying to find a comfortable position, but nothing seemed to work.

With a frustrated sigh, he finally decided to check up on Jimin. He had insisted that Jimin take his room since it had a larger, more comfortable bed, but now he regretted his decision.

Yoongi quietly slipped out of the guest room, careful not to make a sound as he made his way down the hallway to his own room.

He gently pushed the door open and peered inside. Moonlight filtered through the curtains, casting a soft glow over the room.

Jimin was asleep, his back turned toward the door, his breathing steady and peaceful.

Yoongi moved further into the room, taking a seat in the chair by the study table, resting his chin on his folded arms.

"He looks so peaceful when he's asleep." He whispered to himself.

As he watched Jimin sleep, he brushed a strand of hair away from Jimin's face, revealing the delicate curve of his ear.

He noticed that he had his t-shirt on and thanked whatever higher power might be listening that Jimin had decided to keep his shirt on tonight.

The memory of that one video call where Jimin had answered shirtless still lingered in Yoongi's mind, and it had made it difficult for him to concentrate ever since.

Shaking off those thoughts, Yoongi decided he couldn't go back to that uncomfortable guest room.

He knew he wouldn't be able to sleep there, not with Jimin's inviting bed right in front of him. He was sleeping on the right side of the bed, leaving plenty of space on the left.

Yoongi carefully slipped under the covers, making sure not to disturb Jimin. He pulled the blanket over himself and settled in, keeping a respectable distance between them.

"I hope he won't mind if I share the bed tonight. It's just too uncomfortable in the guest room."

Closing his eyes, he drifted off to sleep, he couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment, despite the unusual circumstances.

---

The soft morning sunlight streamed through the curtains, casting a warm glow across Jimin's face.

He stirred, blinking his eyes open as he yawned and stretched.

The comforter was pulled down, and he felt something unexpected— a gentle hand wrapped around his waist.

His eyes widened, and he turned his head to find Yoongi cuddled up next to him, still in a deep sleep.

Jimin's heart raced, a faint blush creeping onto his cheeks as he realized just how close their faces were. He couldn't help but notice the peaceful expression on Yoongi's face as he slept, and it sent his thoughts in a direction he knew he shouldn't entertain.

"This is not the time for these thoughts, Jimin." He mumbled to himself.

With great care, Jimin gently extricated himself from Yoongi's grasp, careful not to wake him.

He quietly slipped out of bed and began to get ready for school.

Meanwhile, Yoongi stirred awake after some time, feeling the bed empty beside him. Panic flickered in his chest as he sat up, looking around for Jimin.
