Jimin stepped into the school the morning after their unforgettable night at the carnival, the memories of laughter and shared cotton candy still fresh in his mind.

He couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement as he looked around, hoping to see Yoongi.

Outside the school, he glanced around, searching for Yoongi's familiar figure. He was puzzled when he didn't spot him at the usual spot where they met before taking the bus.

However, his heart skipped a beat when he noticed Yoongi's bike parked at a distance.

Happiness filled Jimin's eyes as he excitedly stormed inside the school, the thought of seeing Yoongi again making his steps feel lighter.

He walked through the corridors, his gaze roving as he looked for any sign of him.

Just as he was about to round a corner, he heard a familiar voice, soft and teasing.

"Looking for someone?"

Jimin turned around to see Yoongi leaning casually against the wall, a playful smile tugging at the corners of his lips. He couldn't help but return the smile, his eyes forming into crescents.

He muttered a soft "hi" as he approached Yoongi, who responded by teasingly remarking "you can't live a moment without me, can you?"

Jimin playfully glared at him and denied it, "come out of your fantasies Mister, I was just wondering if you were absent as you weren't in the bus today"

Yoongi scratched the back of his neck, his gaze avoiding Jimin's for a moment. "Yeah," he admitted, "I missed the bus, so I came on my bike today."

Their conversation was interrupted by the approach of another voice, one that made Yoongi's blood boil.

They both turned to see Wonwoo and his friends standing in front of them.

Wonwoo's eyes locked onto Jimin's, and he couldn't resist smirking at him before turning his attention to Yoongi.

His tone took an unexpected turn as he spoke, wearing a mischievous grin, "I'm sorry, Suga, on behalf of my boys. They sometimes don't know how to behave with others."

Yoongi frowned, taken aback by the sudden change in Wonwoo's behavior.

He couldn't help but wonder what was going on in Wonwoo's mind and why he was suddenly being so sweet and apologetic.

Wonwoo also turned to Jimin, and his apology seemed genuine as he said, "And I'm sorry for troubling you all this time, Jimin."

Jimin, always the forgiving soul, fell for the apology and nodded with a tiny smile on his face. He was ready to move past the conflicts.

But Yoongi, who had been holding Jimin's hand protectively, was far from convinced. He glared at Wonwoo with suspicion, his grip on Jimin's hand tightening.

As Wonwoo and his friends left, Wonwoo's smirk returned for a brief moment. It was clear that something was amiss, and Yoongi couldn't shake the feeling that Wonwoo had ulterior motives.

Turning to Yoongi, Jimin commented, "You know, Wonwoo actually seemed sincere with his apology. Maybe he's trying to change."

Yoongi turned towards him while a mocking scoff escaped his mouth

"Do you really think he changed? Jimin, you can't be too trusting with someone like him. I've got a bad feeling about this."

Yoongi sighed, trying to find the right words. "I just think that Wonwoo is up to something, something bigger than we can imagine. He's not the type to change overnight, and his sudden change in behavior is suspicious."
