TW~ Jealousy(??) Smut.

The sun had set over the horizon of Hollywood Boulevard. Street lights lit the road and large spotlights on the billboards were visible miles ahead. The city was so bright, most nights like these the stars were invisible.

"You've got to be fucking kidding me." you hushed under your breath, propping one elbow on the passenger car door window. Billie was ignoring you. And she had been since you both got in the car. Glancing at her again, her face stayed emotionless, jaw clenched, white-knuckling the steering wheel with one hand while the other was propped on the console.
Billie Dean Howard was Jealous.

a few hours earlier...

The car pulled up to a large white house. Gates out front, between two marble columns. gold plated letters on either one in a sort of sophisticated cursive font.

It was one of Billie's wrap parties for her show and her the executive producer was hosting. This wasn't the first time you'd been here but with each visit, the sight left you shocked.

Taking her hand in yours, she knocked on the front door where you were met with a tall man in a suit. A dark blue bow tie matching his pants and blazer. "Ah Mrs. Howards." He stood to the side immediately recognizing you both. He stuck his hand out, opening the door. "Welcome." He allowed you in. "Mr. Sinclair will be just a moment. Help yourself to the bar." He smiled.

Billie made her way to the bar in the corner. One rule with her was that when she walked, everyone watched. And that's exactly what everyone tonight did. There were times you'd find yourself joining the crowd in admiration of your girlfriend . Other times she'd wrap her arm around your waist as she strut around. Letting everyone know what they couldn't have.

A while into the night, Billie had went her way talking to a group of producers, "talking her way to the top." as she put it. You watched from the barstool. How her lips curled into a tight smile as she listened to whatever they had to say. Or how her fingers would circle the rim of her glass with every other glance at you from across the room. Momentarily blocking the mens' voices out. She knew what she was doing or perhaps what she'd rather be doing.  Networking with a group of men who enjoy mansplaining the film industry more then producing anything worthwhile , wasn't on her list of things she liked.

A sudden movement next to you drew you back.  An older woman, relatively Billie's age, sat next to you at the bar. Ordered a glass before bringing her attention to you.

"She's something else isn't she." the woman spoke, seeing you eyeing Billie from afar.
"I'm sorry?"  You raise an eyebrow turning your body towards her.
She chuckles, "You're eyeing her like a hawk. Can't say I'd blame you."

You smile to yourself looking down at your glass tapping your fingers against it making that chime sound.
"That's a pretty ring. Who got it for you?"
The girl asked looking at you staring at Billie. She's clueless and full of questions.
"My girlfriend."
The woman moves closer now your eyes have torn away from your girlfriend onto the stranger before you. Shes wearing a white sheer blouse with the first two buttons undone, a gold necklace that plunges down her chest.
"Is she here tonight?"
Her voice became low and gravely. Nodding to her, her hand slightly brushes yours. A shock seemed to go through your arm and down your back.

"oh, I'm sure she's just occupied, right?" As if it was just the two of you in the room, she stands up almost pressing her chest against you with the tight space between the barstools.

Little did you know, she saw it all.

  Present...

"Billie, c'mon."
