Hyunjin made his way over to the younger male to see him looking at different book spines. He grabbed one with an interesting cover and skimmed over it.

"Nerd."

"At least I can read." The shorter spat back.

"I can read, idiot."

"Well, no one would know that. You never make an effort to do so. You couldn't even pronounce Scott Fitzgerald earlier." Felix protested and Hyunjin sighed while rolling his eyes.
"Maybe it's just because reading is useless and boring." He tried to come back but he seemed bashful.

"Sucks to suck, Hwang." The brunette replied and slowly sat on the ground, sitting against the planted bookshelf to begin reading.

"Can you even read that in your current state?" Hyunjin asked, standing over Felix's shoulder and staring at the fine print.

"Of course I can. I can read anything." Felix replied, not noticing Hyunjin sitting down right next to him on the floor and looking at the book in his small hands.. cute.

Felix was trying his absolute hardest to make out the words on the thin pages, desperate to prove the elder wrong and read the book. But the side effects of the marijuana were causing his vision to blur and unable to make out small print.

"You've yet to turn the page, Sweets." Hyunjin suddenly said and Felix just then saw how close they were. He felt his stomach begin to flutter.

'No, Felix.' He told himself.

"Shut up- just give me a second, okay?" He argued and focused his eyes carefully on the same spot.

After what felt like multiple minutes, Felix sighed and put the book down beside him in defeat, making Hyunjin laugh out loud. "Told you." He laughed in Felix's face. "Shut up." He huffed and crossed his arms over his chest.

"Don't worry, Sweets- I can cure your boredom." Hyunjin cockily stated.

"Sure." The brunette sarcastically answered.

Somehow, within minutes, the two boys found themselves comfortably on the floor as Hyunjin read the book out loud for Felix to listen and the brunette rested his head on the elders shoulder. It was more than likely the weed causing them to act this way- as they would never even get this close if they were sober- but they both enjoyed it as their bodies were on Cloud 9.

""It is a truth universally acknowledged that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife."" Hyunjin read aloud and Felix was lost in the trance of the raven-head's voice.

"This book is so damn boring. What on Earth is entertaining you?" Hyunjin bluntly asked mid-reading and Felix scoffed.
"I think it's lovely. And it has a nice message."
"Which is..?" Hyunjin followed.
"There is power in love that can overcome class boundaries and prejudices- basically saying it's important to look past societal differences." Felix explained and Hyunjin rolled his eyes.
"Barf. As if. It explains the title though." The elder said and looked at the cover of the novel.
"You wouldn't know- you've probably never experienced a real love like theirs." Felix argued, referring to the couple in the book. Hyunjin raised an eyebrow at the younger, even though he knew he was slightly right.
"How are you able to read it anyways?" Felix asked.
"I've been high plenty of times- I've grown to see clearly." Felix nodded and leaned his head back onto the the shelf behind him, leaving the two in silence.
