Monday

The next morning, Felix did not want to go to school. He had yet to tell Jisung or Beomgyu about what happened. He figured it'd be for the best, considering how they would probably go insane and tell him to murder Hyunjin and his entire family. (As he should tho)

The last thing he wanted was for Hyunjin to walk up to him in the morning and talk to him as if nothing happened. He couldn't bear to look Hyunjin in the eyes after letting him take his innocence and then follow the rule of disregarding it all. Though he was tipsy, he remembered it vividly. The feeling of his hands tracing his waist and every flaw he once felt insecure about— the feeling of his plush lips pressing against his collarbone and chest—the feeling of absolute ecstasy when they finally conjoined— it meant so much to him in that moment. And now knowing that he wants to completely erase the memory—it made Felix feel completely dumbfounded. Did he not like it? Was he not satisfied enough? Did his tipsiness make him think Felix was someone else? Then again, what would he think when he constantly sees the markings on his neck made by the brunette? Would he feel disgusted?

Oh shit. The hickeys.

Felix sprang out of bed and dashed to his mirror, realizing the numerous, tinted blemishes all over his neck and collarbone. He panicked. If he was trying not to tell his friends yet, what would he do about these? He rushed to his closet to see if there were any clothing items he could wear that may hide the hickeys. Frantically flipping through his clothing, he could hardly make out what they were as he was going so fast. He groaned at his own worrying and decided he should try and use makeup first.

Rushing to the bathroom, he pulled out every concealer and foundation he owned and began trying to cover the numerous markings all over his neck. Luckily, he was able to sort of cover them, making them look more like random birthmarks. But these were his best friends— if Felix had a random birthmark in the most bizarre place, they would know of all people. He groaned at the stubborn pigment and went back to his closet more calmly this time. Flipping through his garments, the only thing he could spot was a bright white turtleneck.

"Yes!" He said as if he'd just achieved a mission.
He began changing and put on the long-sleeved shirt, only to realize just then— it was white. And all over his neck was flesh-toned foundation.

"Damn it!" He swore, thinking about how he'd not only stain his perfectly white shirt, but if it left residue, his friends would grow suspicious. Looking at his alarm clock, he sighed as he didn't have anymore time to waste on getting dressed and simply finished his look, hoping to God that his friends wouldn't say a word. Most of all, he prayed that Hyunjin would coincidentally not be at school today. He couldn't face him after the male's reaction yesterday morning.

Upon entering the school's main doors, he was lowly mumbling to himself, "please don't be here please don't be here please don't be here" in hopes that his chanting will allow the universe to listen. Trying to blend in as much as he could, he walked to his locker, knowing his friends would be waiting for him, and then Hyunjin would walk up to the locker once they walked away— this became an everyday routine.

Once he turned into the hall that his locker resides, he took a deep breath and changed the entire demeanor of his face. He rose his eyebrows to look pleased, widened his eyes just a little to look lovely, and lifted the corners of his mouth to seem friendly. This was a common thing when he was needing to seem presentable. Who knows what would happen if the school's sunshine faltered his attitude?
