You finally reached Baji and saw that Kazutora was going to stab him. You pushed Baji away and got stabbed instead.

"Ba..ji-san..." You said as you fell.

You got stabbed on your left abdomen. Blood was coming out. You were in so much pain.

"Y/N!"

Baji held you and tried to stop the bleeding. He took off his jacket and pressed it against your stab wound.

"Baji-san... you're safe."

"Don't talk. I-I'll take you to the hospital."

Kazutora was frozen in place. He didn't expect you to show up. He fell down to his knees and dropped the knife.

What have I done? I stabbed Y/N.

Baji carried you down the pile of cars. He was going to head to his bike to take you to the hospital.

"Baji-san... I'm... sorry."

"Don't talk."

"I just wanted... you to be... safe. I... didn't want you... to get hurt."

"Dumbass, what about you?! You preferred to get hurt instead of me!" His voice was cracking up.

"I'm... sorry. I didn't know... this was going ...to happen. But... I'm happy, I... finally got to... be useful." You coughed up blood as you said that.

"Y/N! Shit, I gotta hurry."

"Baji-san!" Chifuyu yelled out to him. Chifuyu caught up to you guys. "I'll drive, you hold on to Y/N."

Baji nodded and handed him his keys. Chifuyu drove the bike to the hospital while Baji made sure to hold you tight.

"I'm happy... I met you. Thanks to you... I got to enjoy life."

"Don't talk like you're going to die!"

"I... had lots of fun... being with you."

"Please, don't talk anymore."

You saw Baji tearing up. This was your first time seeing him like this. It hurt you seeing him like this.

I'm sorry Baji-san. I wish I could spend more time with you and everyone else.

It didn't take long for you guys to arrive at the hospital. Baji quickly got off the bike and ran to get help.

"Y/N, we're here." He looked at you and saw you were unconscious. "Y/N." He shook you, but nothing. He stood still. "Y/N, wake up, we're here." Again, no answer. A nurse saw Baji and quickly rushed outside.

"I need help over here! Someone bring a stretcher!"

A doctor came with a stretcher and took you away from Baji. You were placed on the stretcher and rushed inside. One of the doctors checked your pulse.

"She has a low pulse!"

That was the last thing Baji heard one of the doctors say. Chifuyu went up to Baji who just stood there.

"She might not make it." Baji said.

"Don't say that! I'm sure the doctors will do everything they could to makes sure Y/N makes it."

"When I tried talking to her, she wouldn't answer. I shook her to see if she wakes up, but nothing. The doctor even said she had a low pulse."

Chifuyu was now getting worried about you. He didn't want you to die. "I'm sure the doctors won't let Y/N die."

"But what if they don't save her? Then what?"

"Don't think like that, I know she's gonna make it."

"How else am I supposed to fucking think?! She lost a lot of blood! She might not make it!" Baji was scared. He didn't want to lose you. He didn't know what to think anymore.

It's my fault. It should've been me.

Baji started to walk away. Chifuyu was calling for him, but Baji ignored him. Chifuyu went after him to make sure he wouldn't do anything crazy.

Meanwhile, Takemichi had told Draken what had happened. Since he was fighting a group of guys, he didn't know. Draken immediately left and told Takemichi to take care of things. Draken left to the hospital. He saw Baji's bike, so he knew he was at the right place. He went inside and asked the nurse which floor you were in. He waited outside the operating room hoping you'd be ok.

Not Y/N, anyone but her. I just need you to be ok.

Baji ended up in the park he first saw you at. He sat down by the tree where you were sleeping at. Chifuyu was with him. He sat next to him not saying anything.

"It's my fault."

"What?! It's not your fault!"

"But it is. I was the one who should've got stabbed, not Y/N."

"It's not your fault! None of us knew she was going to show up!"

"Still, this is my fault. If I saw her before Kazutora got close, I could've saved her."

"Baji-san, please don't blame yourself. Y/N wouldn't like that. She'd say that none of it is your fault."

"But I feel like it is my fault. She might've figured out what I was planning."

"If she did, then she made that choice to help you. That means she really cares about you. Even though things turned out bad, Y/N was desperate. She wanted to help you."

"I tried to push her away so she wouldn't get involved. This is what I wanted to prevent. I didn't want to see her get hurt. I wanted her to stay away from me."

"Maybe if you told her the truth, she wouldn't have gotten herself involved. She would think that it's to dangerous and would stay away from it."

"You're right, if I told her all about it then none of this would've happened. So it is my fault."

"Baji-san! I didn't mean it like that! Please don't blame yourself!"

Suddenly, Chifuyu's phone started to ring. This startled him. It was Draken. He told him to get to the hospital since everyone was there.

"Let's go, everyone is at the hospital."

"I-I don't wanna go."

"I'm sure Y/N will make it. She wouldn't leave us."

Chifuyu helped Baji get up and they both started to head back to the hospital. There, they saw everyone waiting outside the operating room.

"Chifuyu, Baji-kun." Takemichi approached the two of them. How did this happen?! Baji-kun was the one who was supposed to be stabbed. Why did Y/N get stabbed instead?! Takemichi was trying to think of how things ended this way.

When he time leaped, he found out Baji died. Baji and Kazutora were the only ones who died. He was going to try and save Baji, but he couldn't do anything and instead you got injured. He just hoped you were ok since he didn't want another bad future.

Everyone was waiting, some were crying while others were anxiously waiting. It felt like an eternity just waiting for the surgery to be over with. Baji just sat on the floor feeling numb. The only thing he kept thinking about was you.

Is this how she would feel if I were the one to get stabbed? I really am the worst. I knew I was probably going to die, but feeling this pain is the worst. I would've caused her so much pain if I did die.

The red light turned off and a doctor came out. Everyone started to get anxious. They all hoped you made it.
