It has been weeks since Baji and Mikey helped Kazutora beat up a small gang. During that time, you got a chance to talk to Ryoko and told her about why you were crying that day. She hugged you real tight feeling bad that you felt that way. She felt bad for you since it was your father who gave you those scars.

Afternoon...

You got back from school by yourself since Baji went to meet up with Mikey. He said it was an emergency and quickly left. Ryoko was in the kitchen cooking.

"Where's Keisuke?"

"He went with Mikey."

"That kid! He's in trouble once he gets back. How could he leave you and let you walk home alone?!"

"It's fine."

"Keisuke should always be with you. You never know what kind of people are out there. Lately, there's been gangs going around the city. I just want you guys safe."

You remembered seeing on the news that there were gangs terrorizing people. At first, these gangs wouldn't mess with citizens, but now, some of these gangs would attack anyone.

"You can go ahead and change. Food will be ready when you're back."

You changed and went to go eat. Ryoko had to go to work soon so once she was done eating, she went to go take a shower. You wanted to go out, but you waited for Ryoko to leave. After half an hour, she was ready for work and left.

You didn't have anywhere specific on where you wanted to go. You just kept walking looking around. There was an ice cream truck up ahead, so you went up to it. You got your ice cream and continued walking. You ended up at a park and went on the swings. Lucky for you, no one was using any of the swings.

You stayed there for a while before deciding to head back home. On your way home, you saw a group of guys. You crossed the street to avoid them. One of the guys saw you walking.

"Hey guys, check it out. It's a cute little girl walking by herself."

"Hehe. You're right, she's a cute girl."

"Let's get her."

The guys crossed the street and started approaching you. You noticed they were looking at you and you ran. You felt scared. The guys started chasing after you.

"Stop running you little bitch!"

"We promise we won't hurt you!"

Liars.

You kept running trying to find somewhere to hide. You made a left turn and bumped into someone.

"Watch where the fuck you're going!"

"Y/N?!" It was Mikey's voice. You looked up and saw Mikey and Baji. It was Baji who you bumped into.

The guys then saw you. "Found you!" The guys started approaching you.

You went behind Baji. "Y/N, what's wrong?"

"They're chasing me."

"What?!" Baji glared at the guys. "Who the fuck are you guys?"

"Move you brat! We have no business with you. It's the girl we want."

"I won't let you touch her."

"Looks like we have a brave little boy here."

"What are you gonna do, huh? You're just a kid, you can't do shit."

Just then, Mikey kicked one of the guys and knocked him out. "W-what just happened?" One of the guys said still processing what he saw.

"Don't you dare touch my friend or else I'll fuck your ass up." Mikey said in a cold tone.

"Tch. It's just one kid, let's get him!"

The other four guys tried to jump Mikey, but Baji had jumped in and started punching them. Mikey and Baji knocked the guys out.

"Bastards." Baji said as he kicked one of them in the face. "Y/N, are you ok? Did they do something to you?"

"No, thanks to you guys."

"Why were you out alone? You know it's not safe out here."

"I just wanted to go out."

"Maybe we should teach her how to fight. That way she'll be able to defend herself when you're not with her." Mikey suggested.

"Yeah, you're right. Y/N, you have to be able to defend yourself in case anyone tries something. I'll teach you the basics."

"Ok."

You guys went over to Mikey's place. Since his family did own a dojo, then it was better for you to learn there.

"Ok Y/N, I'll teach you some of the basics for now. Ok, so just watch me and do the same." Baji did a basic guard and threw a punch. You did the same.

"You need to do it faster. Again."

The boys have been teaching you different fighting styles and you were tired. After an hour, you guys stopped. You sat down drinking the whole bottle of water.

"How are you tired already? It's only been an hour."

"Baji, she just started doing this. She's obviously gonna get tired fast."

I'm so tired. I don't want to do this anymore. I didn't even want to do this. "More water please." Mikey went to go get you some more.

"We need to train more. You need to know how to defend and fight."

"I'll try my best."

Mikey then came back and handed you another bottle. Half an hour has passed and you guys were leaving. You were so tired you didn't want to get up. You wished someone carried you back home. Once you got home, you went to go take a shower. Once you got done, you went to lay down.

Finally some rest.

"You good?"

"Just tired."

"Well, prepare yourself cause we're doing it again tomorrow."

"What?!"

"I told you. We have to train more. You need to be strong to defend yourself. I won't always be there to protect you."

He's right. He's not always going to save me. I have to know how to defend myself. "Fine. I'll try my hardest."

"Good, cause I won't be going easy on ya."

I don't want to do this anymore.
