Karl was standing in line for a concert with his friend Sapnap.
It was raining,and they were one of the first in line infront of a bunch of people.
Karl was in his phone,trying to hold it close and under his face to save it from getting wet.
Sapnap was talking about how the doors were opening soon,Karl didn't care but he nodded.
A lot of people behind him were talking about how they were excited to have this awesome and heavenly experience,but Karl wasn't really interested.

He liked live music and he wanted to support his friend,I mean,who goes to a concert alone?
Karl wasn't even really sure who's concert this was,he knew who this guy was but he still wasn't really sure if this was a band or singer or DJ or whatever??
That's why he was scrolling through his Instagram right now.
He seemed like your average 'underground' musician,mysterious pictures of him dressing edgy or just random photo dumps with no caption,Karl wasn't sure what to think.

He was just glad to go inside and get something to drink.
Sapnap:"Karl,stop scrolling you look like a poser!"
Sapnap whispered as he nudged him.
Karl looked up confused.
Karl:"I am a poser? I don't know who this person is?-"
Sapnap:"shhh! You know how pretentious music listeners get!..."
Karl rolled his eyes and put his phone in his hoodie pocket.
Karl:"you want me to embarrass you?"

Sapnap:"please don't-"
Karl:"he's SOOOO cute and hot! I would LOVEEEEE to date him!"
Sapnap:"dude,SHUT UP"
Sapnap whispered as he shoved him,karl laughed as he heard the judgemental whispers of the 'real fans' behind him.
You know it's not cool to fanboy over someone who's personality is being effortlessly cool,right?
Karl smiled to himself before the crowd quickly changed moods,they started to scream as the front doors opened.

Karl tensed together,trying not to get touched or shoved as everyone rushed inside.
It did not work,in a matter of a few seconds he was pushed up against the stage.
He just walked where the crowd dragged him and he ended up here.
The crowd screamed excited,he didn't even have a chance to go to the bar and get a coke??
He jumped up to see if he could spot Sapnap,
And coincidentally,Sapnap had the same idea.
They jumped up at the same time and called out to each other before laughing.
Sapnap was only a few people away,Karl was glad he was in the front too,it just sucked that he wasn't next to him.

The lights on stage turned on and the crowd screamed,it was very loud.
Karl flinched,he already wanted to go to the back,all he wanted was a cold coke?!
The crowds screams didn't stop for another 3 minutes until the man of the hour finally arrived.
He walked onto stage and it somehow got even louder in this small venue,Karl could've sworn the floor was vibrating.
Part,or,most of him was telling himself to just sit down on the floor and play on his phone,
but that would've been a little too bold.

Besides,he'd feel disrespectful,he'd rather just pretend like he knew the words while everyone else sang.
Karl looked up at the guy intrigued,but little to no expression on his face.
He wore sunglasses and black clothes,he had shiny black hair.
Karl might've thought as himself as a little weird but....he was pretty cute.
He definitely saw the appeal,then again,he could only see him from almost a meter away.

The crowd screamed 'QUACKITY,QUACKITY,
QUACKITY,QUACKITY',but Karl didn't really wanna join in,he felt weird,I mean who was this guy? What if someone sees me chant and they ask me to name 3 songs???
'Quackity' fixed his mic stand with a slight smile before looking down.
They made eye contact,it was uncanny.
Karl's expression stayed the same.
He waved and lightly smiled.
Quackity looked at him,he seemed a little confused.
He slowly started to smile before he nodded his head up in a 'hey' gesture and turned back to the crowd.
