"I think that's enough for the day. I'll see you tomorrow at rehearsals." Panchi said breaking eye contact with me. She immediately distanced herself and started packing her things. I didn't say anything and nodded my head in agreement. We both walked in silence when my phone rang. "Hello brother" Vartika said as soon as I answered her call. Her chirpy voice told me that she called to ask for a favour. "Really you think you can imitate Damon Salvatore" I chuckled and replied. Panchi was scrolling through her social media while I was talking to Vartika. "Shut your mouth and listen to me I need your help" she said and continued explaining her problem. I shifted my phone to my other hand and pulled Panchi to my side from my free hand.

"What the fu" she stopped halfway when she realised I saved her from banging into a pillar while she was busy in her phone. I didn't let go of her hand until we reached the parking lot. She was too busy in her phone or she deliberately chose to ignore it. I ended the call with Vartika and was about to unlock my car when I heard Panchi curse. "What happened?" I went to her and saw her leaning down and scanning the flat tire of her car. She opened the car and checked for spare.

"You don't know how to change the tire?" I askedher after she stared at the tire for two minutes. When she struggled to answer Istarted laughing. "Never thought I'd see you speechless little sparrow" I saidtaking out the spare tire and other tools. I started changing the tire whileshe stood beside me handing over the tools. "You don't seem as a 'vampirediaries' fan" she said giving me a wrench. I knew she was a fan and I watchedonly after she recommended to Sid and couldn't stop talking about it. In fact Ihave read every book I ever saw in her hand or I heard her talk about. "It'sdone" I said ignoring her comment because I didn't want to tell her why I watchedit.

I got up to keep everything back in her car when she started laughing. Her laughfilled the silence around us. She was looking so happy and beautiful. She tookout her phone and clicked my picture. "There's grease all over your face" shesaid and showed me the picture. I saw my reflection in the window. She took outa tissue from her bag and offered it to me. I tried to clean it with my handwhen she scoffed. "Let me do get it. You're making it worse" she said andstarted wiping the grease from my face. She slowed while wiping near my lips. Igrabbed her hand and she stopped. I took a step closer and she pulled her handof my face.

"Stop seducing your boyfriend in public littlesparrow" I lowered my head and whispered in her ear. Her eyes widen and herface was turning red. She opened her mouth to speak but my phone rang. It wasVartika again. I told her I was on my way and ended the call. "Bye Ms Girlfriend.Don't forget to text me when you reach home"
