" I'll marry you and will take care of all your expenses health, studies,cloths, needs anything you'll ask for and in return ,I just want to you to act as my lover and my wife infront of my mom.
You have to do your duties as my wife in public but do not interfere in my private matters unless I say so.

"I arranged Mr Brian a kidney during his kidney failure and my mother helped him when he was almost bankrupt and your orphanage was about to shut down making all of the childrens in there homeless, Your orphanage still owe us ten million dollars that I'll leave if you'll say yes to this contract"
