Captured! Straw hats to the rescue (revising)

Kid wandered around the town with Law, taking in the sights. It was their date night and they just happened to be arriving at an island. Lots of people scurrying around, talking excitedly about the festival that was taking place. Kid held Law's hand as they walked through the crowd, looking for a game to play at one of the booths.

They pause to look at a game that had a ball they wanted you to put through a hoop. "I could probably do this one." Kid grinned. Law rolls his eyes but smiles.

"Probably." Before Kid could say something else he freezes. He heard a couple of people talking about an interesting topic that caught his ear. They listen in.

"Yeah, the paper said they had found them out in the middle of the ocean floating on wooden scrap from a shipwreck. There were 2 guys."

"Wow. Do they know who they are?"

"Yeah. They are what's left of a crew that Red Haired Shanks disposed of."

"Which crew?"

"Kid Pirates I think. They are gonna send them to Impel Down in the next couple days they currently have them locked up on an island not far from here."

Kid's eyes widen. Some of his crew was alive? Who is it? Is this rumor true? Law seemed to know where his head was at. "If there's a chance, you and Killer have to go. But I'm going with you, too. If things go bad I can get us out." Kid nods and turns to head back to the ship, not seeing the men they were listening to watch them while they leave.

After some convincing, Alexis agrees to stay with the strawhats while Kid, Killer, and Law leave to check out these rumors. Law really hopes the rumors are true, he would give anything to hear similar news of his own crew. He thought of Penguin, Shachi, Jean Bart and the others.

The strawhats drop them off on the proper island before sailing away. "Well, now we just have to look for places they'd keep pirates." Kid says as the begin to walk.

"Piece of cake." Killer mumbled sarcastically.

They were being ambused by the marines. They all had begun fighting as the men poured out from every nook. They managed to hold their own well until Kid heard a rattle and thud beside him. He looks over to see Law pinned under a metal net.

Law wasn't moving out from under it, if fact he was barely moving at all. Which meant this net was sea stone. Kid ran to him to try to pry it off with his metal arm, but then he too was caught in the same type of net. He could hear Killer call his name but he was focused on doing his best to get free.

Before long Killer had been subdued, with several wounds and they were all taken to a close by facility to wait for transport. "They are going to ship us to Impel Down." Kid said.

Law nods. "Alexis is going to kill us."

"Somehow thats scarier than Impel Down." Killer added.

Two days later they were each individually hung up from the ceiling with sea stone cuffs. That was different. Usually they would just get thrown into a cell. But this was Impel Down, and they did whatever they wanted to their prisoners here.

"You three really fell for the false rumors we spread." A man said as he entered the room they were hanging from. "It was a trap we set for you. We use you as bait to draw in Fire Dancer Alexis. Bonus points for the fact that we will probably get the strawhats as well!" The man laughed the most annoying laugh. Kid already wanted to punch him. "Now, you can either tell me where they are or we can wait for them to come for you. They will fail of course. I will spend every hour of the day trying to pry the information out of you. "
