The following day, Carl got up from her bed and walked downstair. She looked around but couldn't find Joel.
"Where is Joel?" She asked walking down the stair.
"Miss!" Kamela called and Carl smiled remembering watching the romantic moments between Joel and Kamela.
"I hope their love haven't gotten in the way of his duty." She thought looking up Kamela.
"Yes." She said.
Kamela took in a deep breath and looked at Carl.
"He isn't well." Kamela said.
"Where is he?" Carl asked.
"I guess he should still be home." Kamela said.
"Alright, let's go." Carl said.
Kamela stood still thinking of what Carl meant by that.
Carl noticed the confusion in Kamela's face and held her hand.
They walked to the door and were about to open when Carl received a call.
She picked the call seeing it was Joel.
" Good day Miss." He said.
"Good day Joel." She said standing still.
"By now Kamela would have informed you that I am not well but I would still tell you not to leave the house without me being there." Joel said.
"I won't go out today if you insist that you go out with me." Carl said and Joel smiled.
"I do not think this sickness should be a stumbling block to me doing my duties, Miss." Joel said.
"What..." Carl was saying.
"I am at your door step, Miss." Joel said and Carl opened the door.
Joel walked into the house and Kamela welcomed him.
"I don't think you should go out." Kamela said and Joel smiled closing the door.
"Joel, we aren't going out today." Carl said.
"Your wish ma but remember we are working on a case." Joel said.
"But that can wait." Carl said and Joel shook his head.
"I get healed whenever I am committed to my work." Joel said.
After trying to convince him for some minutes all to no avail, Carl decided to get dressed.
"Take good care of yourself." Kamela said.
Joel nodded giving her a peck on the cheek.
Carl walked down after some minutes and they walked out of the house.
Getting out of the house, they both entered their car and left.
Getting to the fashion house, they saw a two people with masculine feature standing out of the fashion house and Carl ran to stand behind Joel.
"Calm down, Miss. They work for me." Joel said and Carl smiled nodding.
They both walked into the fashion house with the two masculine men.
Carl walked into her office leaving the three men out of her office.
Minutes later, Sarah walked into her office.
" Miss, your attention is needed." Sarah said and Carl nodded.
"Alright, I will be out soon." Carl said.
