Adele's Pov:

Simon and I are on our way to my house, we aren't supposed to come back home earlier from the wedding but the girls called me and said that Angelo is crying like crazy, and they don't know why.

"I wonder why Angelo is crying, He never cries, that's weird." I said to Simon who's driving us home.

"I know, that's odd. I hope he isn't sick or something."

"I really hope not." I felt his hand going up and down my tight.

As we arrived home, I heard my little baby crying.

"Adele, we're desperate, we don't know why he's crying." Alice said frustrated.

"He's eaten, we changed his nappie but when we were trying to put him to sleep in his crib, he started crying."

Simon put our things on the floor and followed me to check on our son.

"Oh my little baby come he-" I suddenly stopped seeing my son with a t-shirt and shorts!

"Girls, but he's dressed too lightly!, he is probably cold!, oh baby let's put a cover on you" I quickly made my way up the stairs with my crying baby in my arms.

"It's not that cold Delly!" Alice shouted from downstairs.

I covered up Angelo's little body with a blanket and went down the stairs again.

"He stopped crying, he were just cold."

"We didn't think about him being cold, we were just fine with the temperature in the house." Alexandra said.

"I know girls, but he's just a baby!" Simon said chuckling.

"He was basically naked!, but you did an amazing job, thank you so much." I said giggling then I smiled at them.

"Really, you are an amazing squad indeed." Simon said and I nodded at him.

"We were doing fine until he started crying." Alice said and we all laughed.

Adele's Pov:

The girls left and it's now 5 in the afternoon, I'm still with Angelo in my arms, while Simon went to cook.
Every time he looks at me with those big blue eyes, I know for sure that my life with him is wonderful.

I have an amazing family whom I am immensely grateful for: a beautiful son and a loving man by my side.

After Chris left me I thought my life as a single mum would never work. I felt terribly sorry for my son who would have to grow up without a father, I know how hard it is and it destroyed me.

Now my baby is over one year old and he has a phenomenal dad, Simon.

My Simon, god only knows how much I love that man.

I am brought back to reality when Angelo pulled my hair with his little hands.

"Oh no baby, ouch!" I couldn't believe how much force he has in his arms, I guess he will grow up strong as his dad.

I put my son in his crib while I was doing a messy bun, I wouldn't want him to pull my hair out again.

"Come on baby, let's take a bath!" I grinned at him and he clapped his little hands while giggling.

"Oh peanut" I was in ahw.

I prepared his tub with some warm water and some toys for him to play with while I wash him.
