Can't hide the tears that I cry

Simon's Pov:

I'm sitting on the couch watching TV when suddenly I hear Adele's name.

"The very famous singer Adele was seen in a fairly isolated park with her son" the lady said, then on the telly appeared a picture of her and Angelo.

She was scared and angry.
Another picture came and she was running away from the paps with peanut in her arms, he was crying.

My heart melts, my poor little peanut.

"The news aren't over" the lady spoke again. "Adele was spotted in a bar with a young boy, she is smiling and she reaches out together with her child. Adele do you have a new flame?"

What?!

I can't believe it, I seriously can't.

My Delly hanging out with another guy, 'a new flame'? No it can't be.
This is the news I get when Adele isn't at home?

Adele's Pov:

"So Cameron, where are you from?" I took a sip of my tea.

"I'm from north London and I also live there. And where are you from beautiful lady?"

"What a coincidence I'm from north London as well!" We laughed.

"Tell me more about you Adele, and this little guy? What's his name?"

"Well he's my son Angelo and he's four. My life story is very long but all I can say is that now I have my own family and I am happy" I smiled.

"Oh, so, do you have a guy or a husband?" He asked a bit disappointed.

"I do. Well he's not my husband but he's my man." I sadly smiled remembering Simon.

"He's a lucky man" he took my hand and I smiled widely.

"So, it's time for us to go. Right baby?" I said as Angelo yawned.

He nodded.

"It was a pleasure meeting you Adele" he smiled.

He surprised me when he asked me for my phone number.

I gave it to him and left.

Simon's Pov:

It's been ten days and she hasn't come back yet.

The image of her and that guy keeps on invading my mind.

And my son, my baby, I miss him so much, I just want to hold him and tell him how much I love him.

My stomac is empty for not eating basecally nothing in days and there's nothing in the fridge.

So I have no choice and I have to go to the groceries store.

Adele's Pov:

"I miss him mummy!" My baby cried and cried on my chest.

"I miss him too peanut" I hugged him.

"Let's come back home, I beg you" he looked at me with his big blue puffy eyes.

"Alright baby, let's go home to daddy" I smiled.

I think I'm ready after all.

At lunch time we finally arrived at home.
I rang the doorbell but it seems that noone is inside so I took my keys and opened the door.

As I thought, the house is empty.

"Are you hungry baby?" I asked to peanut who was in my arms.

"No, I just want to see my daddy" he looked around.

''He's not here baby" I said sadly.

"Did he leave?" He began to tear up.

"Nono baby, he's coming back, I promise" I kissed his temple.

He nodded smiling.

I hope he's coming back because actually I don't know where the hell he is.

"Do you wanna take a nap with mummy?" I sweetly said to him.

"Yes mum"

With that we went to me and Simon's room and lay down on the bed.

We fell asleep in a spooning position while I was caressing my baby's hair.

I don't know how much time has passed but I felt the room door been opened.

I knew it was Simon, I simply knew, otherwise who could it be?

As I opened my eyes I saw him teary eyed looking at Angelo, he didn't realise that I was awake.

He began to talk to peanut.

"Hey baby" he smiled still crying.

"Daddy missed you so much, my life" he kissed him on the cheek.

When he looked up I closed my eyes again, pretending to be asleep.

"I missed you too my Laurie" he touched my cheek as I was a porcelain vase.

"I hope you still love me as much as I do to you. Forgive me for what I have said to you, but the truth is that I'm scared of losing you, I'm jealous of everyone that touches your soft skin or even looks at you. I'm sorry, I'm sorry baby" he sobbed and I'm fighting hard not to cry.

"Tell me you don't love that guy, please, tell me" he sobbed.

After a while he stood up and a minute later I felt a blanket covering me and Angelo.

I opened my eyes and saw that he was about to leave so I closed them again for a few seconds and said.

"I don't love Cameron" in that moment I opened my eyes only to meet his gaze over me.

"Hey" he sadly smiled. He has never stopped crying.

"Hey" I said smiling.

After a minute of looking at each other I stood up and ran to him.

"I missed you so much Simon" I said crying on his shoulder.

"I missed you too baby" he cried as well.

Suddenly he picked me up and I hugged him even tighter.

"Promise me that we will never be separated again" he said.

"I promise teddy bear" I giggled a bit.

"I love you my bunny" he kissed me on the lips.

"And I love you too" I said.
