It was a beautiful and sunny Saturday.
Now, we could call it a good day, but sadly, those aren't for everyone.
"It's 11:30, Choi," she said, glancing at her wristwatch perplexed before turning her gaze up to him.
In return, he looked into her eyes, giving her the most genuine smile he had ever given anyone.
"I have made my decision, Hwang."
"Your decision doesn't really change the time, it's still 11:30," she said, taking another glance at her wristwatch and staring at him with cold eyes this time.
He replaced his smile with a scoff of annoyance, taking a step closer.
"Yah! I'm here to tell you that I have decided I want to study well and learn from you. I promise to learn with focus and determination," he spoke slowly, a smile forming on his lips again.
"Okay, Soobin, and that only took 20 seconds to tell me. So, how are you here a whole 30 minutes early?" She raised an eyebrow, crossing her arms against her chest.
He groaned, showing his frustration.
"DUDE! I'm here early because I was so determined to learn that I wanted to be tutored 30 minutes extra."
"Why didn't you text me that then? What if I was busy-"
"Soobin?" Mrs. Kim popped out from the back when she caught a glimpse of Soobin.
"Good morning, Aunty," he gave her his best smile.
"Morning," she smiled back at him, "Aren't you early today?"
"Oh, yes, I had nothing to do, so I thought I'd come early."
"Oh, well, great then. Now that you're early, how about you drink tea with us?" she offered, not waiting for his answer, and pulling him inside with her.
Y/n scoffed, slamming the door shut, following them inside to the dining room. She had already begun to imagine her brothers' reaction to seeing the male they hated the most sitting in their house, having tea at their dining table.
She entered the dining room wearing a look that reflected pure irritation and annoyance.
She saw her mom pulling out a chair for Soobin to sit on with a genuine smile on her face.
That was just how Mrs. Kim was. The sweetest pie ever. She was an absolute angel to the right people but the complete opposite to the wrong ones.
The wrong ones included people who'd try to put her or her family down.
She had a very delightful and warm heart, a reason why she was so welcoming to Soobin. She had sensed no danger radiate from him, perhaps she showed him her good side.
Y/n turned her head to the side, mumbling curses in a hundred different languages to Soobin.
"Y/n, go call your brothers down, let's all have breakfast together."
Her head shot up, and as she looked Soobin dead in the eyes, a sly smile made its way onto her face.
"Of course, mom."
She squealed, sprinted out from the dining room, running towards the dance studio to get her brothers.
"OPPAA~" she barged inside, jumping onto the first person that came across her sight. The person was Jungkook. He chuckled, holding onto her firmly to make sure she wouldn't fall.
"Someone looks a bit excited today." She looked over Jungkook's shoulder and saw the rest of her brothers standing there, most of them wearing pissed gazes.
