"Where's Jay?" asked Heeseung, looking around for his friend who was nowhere to be seen.

"He's busy with his suitcase, but he said he'll catch up later," answered Jungwon as Jay's roommate.

"Jeena isn't here either," Ni-ki chimed in, also observing the surroundings.

"She was looking for something earlier, but she said she'll join us too," said Wonyoung.

"Alright, let's just wait for them then," said Heeseung, getting up from his seat and walking towards the kitchen to find some snacks provided by the resort.

Currently, a group of teenagers enjoying their school days off were relaxing in the gathering room, except for Jay and Jeena, who were still nowhere to be seen.

They planned to play a game tonight to kill some time before finally going to bed.

"Where is my jacket— did I forget to bring it?—"

Jeena mumbled, still busy with her stuff and some folded clothes inside her suitcase.

"Ahh— I really didn't bring it."

After rummaging through the suitcase several times, Jeena finally gave up since she couldn't find her dark blue fleece jacket. Being a sensitive person, she might layer up with other clothes if she starts feeling the cold air.

Finally, she got up from her position and got ready to head to the gathering room. She made sure her cottage door was locked, and then walked towards where her friends were waiting for her.

Just a few steps away, she noticed a cottage right next to hers, with the door half-open. She knew it was her friend's room, but she wasn't sure who was in there.

So she walked up to that cottage, to make sure there was someone inside, or at least if there wasn't anyone, she would close the door.

"Jay?" Jeena hollered, poking her head through the half-open cottage door.

"Oh— hi.."

Jay was pretty taken aback, he just glanced at the girl who called him before he got back to his business with his suitcase.

"Having trouble with something?"

Jeena stepped into the room and walked towards Jay.

"My suitcase zipper's stuck, can't get it open."

"Uhm, I might be able to help, but no guarantees..."

"Can you hold this part of the suitcase over here? I'll try to yank the zipper with all my might," Jay said, pointing to the body of his suitcase.

"Okay."

Jeena tried to hold on to the part of the suitcase that Jay asked for, with both of her hands. After a few tries, he finally managed to open the suitcase, even though in reality, he had to ruin the zipper of his own suitcase and it couldn't function properly anymore.

"Phew, finally... thanks, Jeena," Jay said, relieved, wiping sweat off his forehead.

Although the night air starts to feel chilly, Jay is sweating as if he just wrestled with his broken suitcase.

"But your suitcase got messed up."

"That's fine, the zipper wasn't working properly anyway, it was already damaged from the start."

This time, Jay is busy again with the contents of the suitcase. He takes out several glass bottles that make quite a clinking sound.

"What do you got there?" Jeena asked, observing Jay as he rearranged the bottles from his suitcase onto a small wooden table in the corner of the room.
