"So this is what took you so long." Carter said stepping out of her car walking across the parking lot seeing Kirah press the button to lock her car
She decided to leave the Silverado at home tonight and pop out in her all black Mercedes Benz E Class. She rarely drove it but she made an exception for her date tonight with Kirah.
Kirah on the other hand drove in her Porsche tonight. Her intentions were to actually treat tonight like a date. She asked Carter out so she wanted to do everything Carter would do for her like; pick out the restaurant, make reservations, pick her up, etc.
But due to her running late, the two drove themselves to the restaurant. Carter wasn't tripping about it though because truth be told, she was running around her house trying to find the perfect outfit for the night.
"What? Is it too much?" Kirah asked nervously looking down at her outfit
Carter shook her head eyeing Kirah's body in the body suit. It fitted her body like a glove. She wasn't sure what type of workout exercises she did but whatever it was, it was definitely paying off on her body.
"Mm-mm. You look good mama." She said
Kirah blushed "Thank you. Shall we?" She nod her head head towards the restaurant
Carter nodded before Kirah kept her hand intertwined with hers, letting her lead the way into the restaurant. Then, a waitress led them to a private booth on the enclosed patio area that showed the city lights of Atlanta.
This was all new for Carter. She never had a woman take HER out on a date. Usually it's the masculine one in a relationship or whatever to do those things and she was known for doing these things back when she married.
It was different but it felt good.
"I tried booking a rooftop table but they was all booked up," She told Carter before they sat down in the booth
"This is fine. I like it already." Carter waved it off
Kirah placed her clutch purse in her lap
"Can I get you two started with some drinks tonight?" The waiter asked
"Uh, I'll just take a sweat tea with light ice. Thank you." Carter said
"Yes, can I get a strawberry lemonade please?" Kirah spoke next then refocused her gaze to Carter once the lady walked away
