They soon each drink from their cup just as Matilda drinks hers too; Holly looks at her surprised asking, "wait... who??." Matilda rolls her eyes as Holly turns back saying, "um ok, my turn never have I ever... fallen for my best friend." Holly and Declan both drink as Jason says, "come on, Holly you can do better than that." Holly asks, "what are you talking about, Jason?." Jason replies, "I mean, there must be something you are dying to know." Matilda says, "yes, let's get deep! ask away, Holly?." Declan says, "yeah Holly, go ahead and ask anything." Holly says, "FINE! Never have I ever... played such a stupid game." They all soon laugh as Matilda says, "RUDE, Holly!." Holly says, "sorry...." Matilda replies, "whatever...." Declan soon leaves and texts Holly, 'can we meet? on the front porch? I promised you I'd tell you everything.' Holly soon leaves and meets Declan waiting for her saying, "ok, I am here Declan... tell me what I need to know, why did you sleep with me, then dump me?." Declan answers, "Holls, that night with you... when we finally went all the way... it was all I ever wanted." Holly says, "but it was a disappointment?." Declan answers, "no! it was perfect, in every way." Holly asks, "so then why did you run away from me??." Declan replies, "I am getting there, Holls, this isn't easy... the reason I left it had nothing to do with you, do you wanna know the real reason?." 

Holly nodded saying, "Declan... tell me please." Declan says, "well you know how hard my dad is on me, nothing I do is ever good enough and to be fair, I was kind of a screw-up back then.. but you were different when we finally got serious all I could hear was his voice telling me I mess up everything I touch, I looked at you and I just knew I wasn't ready." Holly says, "so you regretted it?." Declan replies, "NO! I wanted to make myself better... for you... that's why I became captain of the team and the reason why I have been working hard on my grades." Holly asks, "also why you have been hooking up with other people?." Declan replies, "only when you started dating Jason which nearly broke me, it's always been you Holls and I know I handled it so badly, but I promise I will never hurt you again, it's you and me... can you forgive me?." Holly answers, "Declan, you always said you would never hurt me.. but I can forgive you." Declan asks, "do you really mean it, Holls?." Holly replies, "as long as you never hurt me again, Dec? yes, I really mean it." Declan says, "good, because I really, really need to do this." He leans closer and pulls Holly into a deep kiss as an electric shock runs through their body, Holly grabs him hungrily bringing Declan closer and is lost in the moment until a voice appears saying, "WHAT THE HELL?!." 

Holly and Declan stop as they see Jason; Holly says, "Jason... it's not what you think." Jason says, "don't try to make me feel stupid, Holly, you are literally kissing Declan Kane!." Declan says, "hey, this isn't about-." Jason says, "don't even try to talk to me, man! You knew she had a boyfriend, and you still couldn't leave her alone, you're gonna pay for this!." Declan says, "I am not going to fight you, Jason." Jason says, "then I am going to kick your ass so hard, you will benched for the rest of the season, and I will become captain!." Holly steps in front of Jason just as he is about to hit Declan saying, "Jason, don't!." Jason says, "what the hell, Holly?! I could have really hurt you." Holly asks annoyed, "you're worried about me, but totally fine with hurting Declan?." Jason replies, "it's different, he manipulated you." Holly says, "you don't know Declan at all, it's my fault too." Jason says, "I can't believe you'd do this to me." Declan says, "that's enough, Jason! I am still your damn captain, and you are going to treat me like it, you're not gonna make your girlfriend fight your battles anymore." Jason says, "screw you both!." Declan says, "whatever you say, Jason.. we are going inside." Declan walks away while Holly is about to leave when Jason holds her arm.
