Always You

Chapter 18

At the hospital Matilda is with Holly in the room waiting for the doctor as she says, "it means so much that you are here with me, Holly". A female doctor comes in asking, "a little young for your first baby, aren't you?". Matilda turns stunned and sighs sadly just as Holly says, "hey! no judgement needed". The doctor says, "got it, sorry about that". Matilda thanks Holly and soon lies on the bed as the doctor asks, "would you like to see the baby?." Matilda replies, "omg, yes!." Holly looks at the screen as the doctor soon heads out and comes back in with an ultrasound photo. Later that evening Holly comes home thinking, 'this day has been so... exhausting and crazy.' Holly gets out her phone and texts Declan, 'Declan, where are you?'. Declan replies, 'upstairs.' Holly texts, 'is everything ok? I haven't heard from you all day.... I'm worried....' Declan sends her a voice recording as she heads upstairs to find Tiddles by the door holding a small envelope in his mouth. Holly bends down and takes it before cuddling Tiddles; she opens the door to see rose petals on the floor along with scented candles. Declan is holding a big bunch of red roses saying, "there you are." Holly asks nervously, "Declan... what is all this?." Declan comes closer and hands her the roses replying, "I want to show you what you mean to me, Holly... it's time we made up... for real, let's go all the way tonight, Holls... if you're ready of course". He caresses her face gently as she says with a smile, "I've never been more ready". Holly hugs Declan who says, "all that messed up shit with Jason made realise... I want to fight to be the type of boyfriend you deserve, I want you Holls and I'm so glad you didn't end up with him". Holly looks at Declan caressing his cheek saying, "so am I, Dec." Declan kisses Holly warmly as she responds back with passion; he takes her in his arms and lays her gently onto the bed not breaking their kiss. 

He soon lowers his head, tracking soft kisses down Holly's neck as his hands trace to the curves of her body. Declan says, "I've been wanting to do this again for so long, babe". Holly says, "me too, Dec." She pulls him closer helping to remove his top as Declan kisses her while removing her blouse; a moan of pleasure escaped Declan's lips as his hungry eyes scan over her body. Declan says, "you're driving me crazy, Holls, I can't keep my hands off you". Holly kisses Declan's as she trails her hand down his abs; he says, "let's pick off where we left off on your sixteenth birthday but this time, I'll stay, right here with you". Holly says, "then let's go all the way." Declan smiles pulling her as he kisses her up to her neck before reaching her lips. He says, "I was so scared we'd never get to be together like this again, it almost doesn't even feel real... I hated feeling like I'd lost you for good". Holly says, "I'm right here, Declan." Declan soon lowers himself on top of her as they both began one; Holly thinks, 'I feel like my whole world is melting away with Declan's touch of pleasure and desire.' The next morning Declan is asleep while Holly wakes up watching him as she thinks, 'he's such a cutie pie when he's asleep'. Holly is about to get out of the bed however Declan pulls her arm, and she comes closer to him. Declan asks, "where are you going, babe?". Holly doesn't reply as she blushes seeing Declan thinking, 'he really did stay in the morning...'. Declan says, "I do have one more thing I wanted to ask you'. Holly says, "oh, yeah what is it?". Declan replies, "look at the envelope." Holly turns and reaches for the envelope at the bedside corner and opens to see two ticket. Declan says, "the homecoming dance is this Saturday... and I really want you to be my date." 

Holly thinks, 'me? going to the homecoming dance with Declan Kane?.' Holly answers, "that would be a dream come true." Declan kisses her saying, "I think so, too.. I can't wait to dance with you all night long after we win the big game of course." Holly kisses him as she says, "I better get ready for college, wanna shower together?." Declan smirks replying, "you don't have to tell me twice, babe." Soon after class in the college Holly comes over to see Declan by his locker looking angry. Holly asks, "what's the matter, Declan?." Declan replies, "someone broke into our locker room... my lucky jersey is GONE! I can't win the homecoming game without it!." Holly asks, "are you sure you didn't lose it?." Declan shakes his head saying, "I always keep it in my locker, I think Eagle Stormrider took it, they're our biggest rivals, they are trying to sabotage us before the big game tomorrow". Holly asks, "then how do we get them back?".
