Always You

Chapter 15

Declan holds two coins and hands her one saying, "make a wish, Holls". Holly wishes, "I wish we had gotten together sooner". Declan says, "you and me both." They throw their coins into the well as he comes closer saying, "and now you get a special prize". Declan pulls her into him, kissing her passionately. Holly slowly slips her tongue into his mouth, pressing herself more firmly against him; Slowly she backs against the tree wrapping her arms around Declan as a hungry moan escapes Declan's lips as he deepens the kiss. Holly soon stops saying, "I wish we had more time together." Declan says, "me too... but atleast you get to see me naked." They head back to the field where all the guys are in towels as the girls stare at them. Holly says, "looking good, Dec." Declan replies, "I'm about to look even better, streak with me Holls". Holly was stunned saying, "I won hide and seek, remember?." Declan says, "so? It'll be fun and everyone will think you're a total badass". Holly thinks, 'getting naked with Declan?.' Holly replies, "fuck it, let's do this!." Declan says, "hell yeah!." She removes her clothes and soon joins the guy running around the field naked; later in the locker room as they all get dressed; Lewis says, "you really went for it, Holly that was badass!". Justin says, "yeah, your girlfriend is a fucking boss, Declan!". Declan says, "I know, I'm a lucky guy". As Jason walks past, he stares Holly down with a jealous glare. Holly thinks, 'I can make that jerk even more jealous...' She teases Declan before pinching his butt as he says, "whoa, you're gonna get yourself in trouble, Holls, save it for when we are alone". Declan wraps Holly in his arms as he whispers softly in her ears, "you looked really hot out there, babe". Declan's phone beeps and he says, "I will be right back". 

He leaves as Jason comes over saying, "so I guess I was right after all, I always knew you and Declan would end up together". Holly says, "Jason... then why did you bother dating me?". Jason replies, "I guess I hoped I was wrong". Holly says, "well, you weren't." Jason says, "you can't trust Declan Kane, Holly so call me when he dumps you.. again." Jason leaves as Holly glares coldly thinking, 'I need to find Declan, now!'. She comes out of the locker room and spots Declan with Matilda wondering, 'what the hell are they talking about?'. Declan says, "I'm not hurting her like that, Matilda, YOU need to tell Holly". Holly comes over asking, "tell me, what?". They both looked stunned to see her as Matilda says, "you really want to know? I'm pregnant." Holly was shocked saying, "you're PREGNANT?." Matilda says, "you don't have to act so shocked". Holly says, "well excuse me if I'm a little shocked... considering I didn't even know you were dating anyone!". Matilda tells her, "I'm...not." Holly asks, "then who is the father?." Matilda hesitates before saying, "I can't tell you." Holly says, "Tilly,,, I'm your best friend, if you can't tell me who can you tell?". Matilda replies, "I am just not ready, just drop it ok Holly? I need to get home." Matilda leaves as Holly wonders, 'she is definitely hiding something'. The next morning Holly wakes up feeling weird about last night as she remembers seeing Declan and Mercedes before thinking, 'could Declan be the father of Matilda's baby? No, Declan would never do that to me...'. She comes downstairs as Andrea says, "Good morning, Holly". Holly asks, "morning, have you seen, Declan?." Andrea replies, "no, he was gone when I woke up". Holly heads upstairs and takes her phone texting, 'hey, where are you?'. Declan texts, 'um doing an errand for my mom'. Holly thinks, 'why is he lying for? oh my god, is he with Matilda?'. Holly texts, 'don't lie to me, Declan.' Declan texts, 'fine! You want to know the truth? here it is'. Holly texts, '.... it's fine, I will see you later'. Declan texts, 'hey, still on for the carnival today?'. Holly texts, 'see you there.' She sees the reminder announcement for the carnival on her phone thinking, 'I don't trust him, I need to figure this out.' Matilda's incoming call appears as Holly picks up says, "hey Tilly! You up for the carnival today?." Matilda answers, "really? You and me?." 

Holly says, "come on, it'll be fun I know we have both lost touch, let's spend some time together". Matilda says, "um, ok I will see you there....". Holly changes before soon heading over to the carnival; Declan sees her thinking, 'there she is'. He comes over and kisses her just as Matilda comes and interrupts them saying, "I thought this was just us today". Declan asks, "you invited Matilda? I thought we were going on a date...." Matilda says, "you did NOT say it was all three of us". Holly says, "um... surprise! I thought it would be fun for all of us to spend time together!." Matilda says, "I mean... I guess so...." Declan asks, "and what exactly do you have in mind, Holls?". Holly replies, "easy, the Ferris wheel!." They are soon at the top as Declan says, "not sure what's the point of being on a Ferris wheel if we can't make out". Matilda says, "and I am not sure why I am third wheeling on this date". Holly thinks, 'this is not going well.' She says, "I just thought we could spend some time together! well... Declan, do you want kids?." Declan replies, "uh, NO? I'm seventeen, no offense Matilda." Matilda says, "none taken". After the ride Matilda says, "thank god, I couldn't wait to get off that thing!". Holly says, "wait, we haven't had enough time". Matilda asks, "enough time for what??." Declan turns to Holly asking, "what are you up to...". Holly replies, "um... I just want you guys to be friends!". Declan says, "since WHEN?." Matilda says, "as fun as this is, I am definitely gonna puke". Matilda runs to puke in a bush and drops her phone. Declan goes after her as Holly says, "Matilda, wait you....". She sees a message wondering, 'a text from Declan? this could be all the answers I need...'.
