Chapter 27

Declan and Holly soon reach the city and walk down the street as Declan says, "I heard Canada was crazy.... but yesterday was another level." Just then Matt comes in his car saying, "get in, we are going clubbing." Holly says, "guess the night's not over yet....." They head home as they change their outfit and Holly wears a pink dress saying, "whoa... this dress is incredible". Matt says, "we are going to one of the exclusive clubs in the city.... and you look like Canadian royalty". Declan says, "he's right, Holls.... you look absolutely stunning." Holly says, "thank you, Declan, you look pretty sexy yourself, handsome." Declan says, "I'm so glad you think so". They soon head over to the club as Matt says, "the bouncer's tough, so if you wanna get in... then you got to show up in a killer outfit which you are". The bouncer says, "Matt! My man." Matt says, "what's up, bro? they are with me." The bouncer looks up and down at Holly and Declan clearly impressed; he says, "right this way." Declan asks, "who is this guy?." Holly replies, "I have no idea...." Soon inside the club Matt says, "CHEERS TO TURNING THE FUCK UP TONIGHT!". The crowd cheers wildly as Matt says, "time to dance!." The music plays loudly as everyone dances to the tune and gets drunk. Declan says, "you look so hot tonight, Holly." Holly turns around and thrust herself into him, moving her hips in slow circles against his body as he says, "god, I wish we could get out of here right now". 

A promoter comes out saying, "girl, you're killing it on the dance floor! We need MORE of that energy!." Matt says shaking his hands in the air, "hell yeah!." The promoter says, "come dance in one of our cages, we only ask the hottest dancers to do it." They bring out a cage as Declan says, "you should do it, Holly". Holly asks nervously, "d-do you think so?". Declan nods saying, "It would be so hot seeing you up there". Holly takes a deep breath before saying, "I'm ready to dance!". The promoter says, "fabulous!." She goes into the cage and begins swaying and dancing sensually with everyone cheering and going wild for her; Holly blows a kiss to Declan and watches as his fight lights up into a roguish smile, she catches Declan with a playful smirk on his gaze as she says, "hey! Mr Kane... get in her.. now!." Declan replies, "yes babe." Declan comes in asking, "what can I do for you?". Holly replies, "kiss me like you have never kissed me". Declan says with a smile, "gladly." Matt says, "you guys are a hot couple!." Later after everything Matt says, "you were so badass, Holly." Declan agrees saying, "yeah, you totally killed it, babe". The promoter comes saying, "the crowd LOVED you! I have people blowing up my phone BEGGING to get in now! PLEASE come back!." Holly says, "looks like we don't need you anymore, Matt." Holly turns around to see Matt is not there as she says, "Declan, where did Matt go?". Declan replies, "he's over there." They see Matt against the wall with two men as one points a gun at him; Declan says, "holy shit, he has a gun!." Matt runs to them saying, "we need to leave, NOW!." Holly asks, "Matt, what did you DO?!". Matt replies, "you automatically assume it's MY fault?! I will explain everything, I swear right now, we need to get to my car". Holly and Declan share a worried look before running out however they are not able to get to the car and hide against the alley wall next to a plant. Matt says, "we can hide here until it's safe to move again!." Holly says, "we can't fit in there, Matt!". Declan says, "shit... I hear them coming." Matt says, "you guys need to do something quick!." 

Declan turns Holly towards him saying, "kiss me, Holly". Holly says, "Declan! I guess it's not a bad way to die...". Declan says, "no! god, Holls if they think we are getting busy back here, it will hide our identities... and they will leave us alone!". Holly says, "you're a genius... take me, now!". Declan grabs her pulling her into an embrace, their lips meet instantly as he pushes her against the alley wall. Holly wondered, 'is it just me, or is the threat of danger making this even hotter?'. Declan's hand slides down her back and to her butt as she gasp. One of the bad man comes over saying, "hey, you seen three kids....". Declan and Holly are deep in their kiss with their eyes closed as the guy says, "oh, sorry didn't mean to interrupt". He runs away as Declan and Holly stop to catch their breath; Declan says, "proud of our acting skills, Matt? Or...." Holly looks around to see Matt has disappeared again asking, "where the hell did he go?." Declan says annoyed, "he ditched us!." They slowly sneak out and spot Matt's car however Matt is not nearby but a guy beside it with a gun. Declan looks around before saying, "there's a busy diner, we can duck in there". They head in as Declan says, "okay, looks like we are in the clear, nobody's here but...". Holly says, "Matt?." Matt is sitting at a table saying, "oh, hey guys." Holly comes over saying, "Matt! You DITCHED us!." Matt says, "I was trying to help you, I swear!." Matt says, "look, I can explain...." Declan says, "then how about you go ahead and do that!." Matt takes a deep breath before saying, "fine, look I got into debt online gambling, I owe... some people". Declan says, "some people like loan sharks??". Matt says, "yeah, you could call them that".
