Chapter 28

Declan asks, "are they that?." Holly says, "but aren't you like, super rich?." Matt replies, "my DAD is rich, I can't tell him about any of this, he cannot know how badly I have screwed this up". Holly says, "Matt... you put us in real danger". Matt sighs saying, "I know, and I am so very sorry, but I have to handle this on my own, I can't involve anyone else, not my dad nor the police". Declan says, "just me and my girlfriend, who you could have gotten killed". Matt apologises again while Declan says, "hang on a minute." Declan pulls Holly aside saying, "Holls, this is really not out problem, we barely know this guy", Holly says, "but Declan, he's in serious trouble!". Declan rolls his eyes replying, "trouble he created and then got us into too". Holly says, "I want to help." Declan asks stunned, "enough to get us killed?." Holly replies, "of course not, I never want to put you in danger." Declan extends his hand to her saying, "then let's go, now". Soon outside Holly says, "I feel bad...." Declan says, "I don't, I only care about your safety and atleast now we are in the clear-." Declan is soon punched by a guy as Holly says, "Declan!!." The bad guy says, "you think you can run from us? It's not just your little friend we are after." He is about to punch her too when Holly ducks out of the way and his fist goes into the wall. He screams, "AAAHHHH!." Holly says, "yeah that's what I thought bet you didn't expect that." Declan was bruised in his face and holding his chest saying, "Holly, you need to get out of here!". The guy says, "you're DEAD kid!." Holly screams, "Declan!!." 

She notices a bottle on the ground and quickly grabs it; using all her strength, she slams it into the guy's back of the head as he screams, "AHHHH!" and collapses. Holly comes over to Declan who says, "wow, that was hot, what you just did babe." Holly tearfully says, "I thought I was gonna lose you". Declan caresses her face saying, "you're my hero". Holly says, "I don't ever want to be without you again." Declan says, "me neither." Another guy creeps up behind them holding a baseball bat saying, "aww, isn't this cute?". Declan shields Holly saying, "watch out!." The guy hits him as Holly runs to the other side of the wall in shock before soon realising, "I have to see if he's ok." Holly comes back and is left shocked looking around thinking, 'Oh, my god. Declan is GONE!." Soon in Matt's room Holly is says, "OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD!." Matt says, "Holly, you have to calm down!." Holly says, "calm down?! Declan's been KIDNAPPED! And it's all YOUR FAULT!." Matt says, "I know, and I will get us out of this". Holly says, "YOU got us INTO this! YOU should have been the one to get kidnapped!." Matt was stunned saying, "ok... now you are just acting crazy". Holly gets annoyed saying, "don't you DARE call me crazy! You got my boyfriend kidnapped... you are not going to stand here and insult me too!!". Matt says, "ok, ok, you are right I am sorry Holly". 

His phone rings as he says, "oh my god... it's one of the boss's cronies". Holly says, "give it to me! He might have info on Declan!." Holly answers saying, "hey, you! You tell us where Declan, or else you're dead!". The guy says, "yeah right, little girl we have the power here, not you... so any last words for your boyfriend?". Holly sees Declan tied up on chair with a blindfold around his eyes; she says, "let me talk to him!". The guy says, "You better make it fucking quick!." He removes the blindfold as Declan sees Holly on the video call saying, "Holly?." Holly says, "Declan, oh my god, are you ok?." Declan replies, "I don't know... these guys aren't playing around." Holly says, "I know but I am going to get you out of this, I will see you again". Declan says, "I don't want you risking your life for me, Holly". Holly says, "well too bad, you're mine and I'm NOT losing you... stay strong, Declan". Declan says, "for you, I will do anything babe". The guy takes the phone saying, "you want to see your boyfriend again? then PAY UP! We need £10000,0000 by dawn". Holly angrily says. "how the fuck are we supposed to get that kind of money?!." The call ends as Matt says, "I have an idea... we are going to another party". Holly said, "no way, not after the last one". Matt says, "come on... my ex-best friend Louis is hosting it". Holly asks, "ex-best friend? how is this relevant?". Matt says, "I am getting there, he has a signed baseball worth hundreds and thousands of dollars." Holly says, "I am not stealing... we are already in enough trouble!". Matt says, "calm down, the baseball used to be mine, he won it in a bet, but he cheated... I am just taking back what's mine." Holly asks nervously, "how can you be sure he will let us into his party?". Matt replies, "because... we will be in disguised". Matt brings out two costume with mask saying, "it's a masquerade party... now we will totally blend in". Holly takes the outfit and changes in the bathroom while Matt changes in the room. Matt says, "it's either get into this party or give up on Declan." Holly looked at Matt in thoughts for a moment before replying, "let's do this!".
