Chapter 17

Mon's POV

I am with my boss. She's meeting the investors. We're now in a fine restaurant. The food is yummy.

I am listening and listing every important details that they had been discussing.

I'm feeling more okay now. My headache somehow doesn't go often. It's just mild.

The meeting had ended and they were just talking about other things so I excuse myself.

I want to go in the rest room.

The boss nodded so I walked myself in the rest room.

I was walking half across the restroom when I noticed those men in black.

And the leader is so familiar. It looked at me so I ran as fast as I could to the restroom.

I'm too scared so I go to the last cubicle and lock myself and lift myself in the toilet bowl.

I heard they came in and opened the cubicle they were about to open mine when a voice came in and said.

"Boss I see her out in the exit"

Then they quickly got out of the restroom. I heard their loud footsteps.

I'm feeling scared right now. I almost got caught.

I'm now crying and can't breathe properly.

I heard someone was opening the cubicle again so I panicked.

And the door on the cubicle I'm in opened.

Oh no.

I closed my eyes.

Nothing happened.

I then see my boss.

Her face is full of questions and concerns.

I then hugged her tight but after that everything went black.

Oh god here I am again.

Blacking out and this time with my boss.

I wake up in a large room. In still suprise where room am I. I kinda scared because did my parents caught me?

But then I remembered before blacking out I hug my boss.

I heard the door in the restroom opened and there she was.

She goes near me and keep asking questions but I can't find my voice.

I can sense that she's getting annoyed of me.

Because I'm not answering any of her questions.

She decided to go down and leaving me to calm myself.

I feel sorry for her so I decided to go down then.

I was stunned by her house. I also see fluffy who is sleeping in his bed.

I go in the dining room to see boss eating.

I sit down opposite from her.

I then decided to open the topic to her.

I just said sorry and confess that men are looking for me a while ago that's why I black out of fear.

I was surprised when she just nodded without asking any questions.

She just motioned me to eat so I eat.

Boss is great in cooking. The food she cooks is very yummy that I had finished all on my plate.

After that I decided to wash the dishes.

I look at the wall clock and notice it's too early.

I want to go home.

I said to boss that I will just take the cab but she insists to drop me off.

I then give her the address.

After she drop me off she leaves quickly.

Maybe she has something to do.

At home i go upstairs in my bed and look for my diary.

I wrote what happened today too afraid to forget about those things.

I wonder if I had one when I was still Mon. Maybe I would have the answer right now.

I then turn the pages and see the picture I had.

I still need to find this girl with me. And I remember the girl in the hospital who knows me.

I hope she calls me soon. I had many questions on my mind.

I then decided to take a bath and rest.

It has been a long tiring day.

I hope everything will go fine tomorrow.

Another stress will kill me.
