I open my eyes, light creeping into the room. What a night...lots of strange things. I look down to see Black Hole...still fast asleep.
Their chest rising and falling to the speed of their breath, the lie perfectly still. Their head still on my own chest. My heart seems to melt with cuteness, they're just so perfect. I smile, petting their head gentley. They purr subconsciously, smiling in their sleep.
I check the time, 8:26...I need to leave for work soon. They must be confused why I took days off unnoticed.
"Black Hole...time to get up." I nudge, waking them up from their slumber. The groan, shifting a bit. "Nooo..." They mumble, clinging on to me tighter.
"Honey...please?" I chuckle sitting up, they come up with me sitting on my lap. "I do not want to get up..." They complain, hugging me close. "I have work..." I say, trying to stand up.
"That's even worse...do you have to?" They mutter, not loosening their grip. I laugh, "Yes love...I need to go to work. They'll fire me if I don't" I sigh, attempting to get up again. They groan, keeping me in place.
"Stay." They order, shutting their eyes again. "I can't...well...I guess I could call in sick..." I whisper. They hear me though.
"Great...do that." They sigh, kissing my cheek. I giggle, giving in to their pleas. "Fine...I guess they'll just have to not have me for another day."
They nod, falling asleep again "Hey! You think you can force me to not go to work then just sleep again?" I ask, laughing. They nod happily, "Exactly." They say, their monotone voice echoing throughout the room.
"Nope...we're doing something, right now." I tell them, making the get of me. They groan and step on the floor.
"But I am still tired..." They complain, gripping my arm as their tail sags beneath them. I roll my eyes, "You have to do something eventually. Now c'mon." I say, leading them into my room. The follow along slowly, eyes still half open.
I let them it on my bed, they mumble something before sitting down. I smile and sit down next to them. "What are we doing?" They ask, putting their head on my shoulder. "I just thought we should hang out, just the two of us."
"Okay..." They yawn, their tail wrapping around me again. "So...what will we do."
"We could play on my console?" I suggest, grabbing my Nintendo out from under my bed. "What is that?"
"It's a Nintendo," I explain, "You can play games on it. It's fun."
I boot up the controller and look for a game to play. "What do you want to play?" I ask, looking at their reaction to the screen. They still look dead tired, but they have the controller in their hands. "Wh...what is Cuphead?" They ask, staring at the screen. I cringe.
"N-Not that one..." I say quickly. They look at me funny, "Why not?"
"Umm..." I say, not wanting to admit it was to hard for me. The smile softly, "Why? Is it to hard for you?" They ask, smiling evilly. I blush, giggling a bit. "N-no...it's-"
"It's....fine...we can play it." I smile, giving in to their torment. Booting up the game, we reach the title screen.
"They sing weird." Black Hole comments, as I start the game. I shrug, "Kinda."
We walk around a bit, me as the red one and Black Hole as the blue one. "We look funny," They giggle, clearly not 100% conscious yet. I smile, "That we do my love..."
I start up "Botanic Panic" and we both hop into it. "Why's there a big lumpy guy?" They ask as we dodge the attacks. "I have no clue..."
We finish the potato guy off, moving on to the giant sobbing onion. "Why're they sad??" They ask solemnly. I giggle as they get upset about it, "Black Hole...it's just an onion..."
"But they're sad..." They say depressed, I laugh loudly, pausing the game. "Love..." I smile, hugging them close. "They're sad..."
"I know love...but it's okay!" I smile, giving them a kiss. They hug me close, their tail wrapping around me yet again. I kiss them on their lips, they kiss back slowly.
I smile, holding the close. They smile into the kiss, I smile back. Pulling away, I give them another quick kiss on their cheek. They giggle, laying back on the bed. I join them, giving them a bunch of small pecks in their face.
"H-hey! Stop!" They laugh, I giggle along with them. Continuing to tease them, "Tree!"
"Okay...okay," I chuckle, still laying on them. They blush, "Rude much..." I shake my head, kissing their neck. "Sure love..."
They squeak, hiding their face from my view. I grin, hugging them. "I love you..."
"Love you too..."
I smile, petting their head. "Do you want to keep playing?" I ask, sitting up again. They shrug, joining me. "Can we help the person not be sad?"
I chortle, "Maybe...we'll see."
I un-pause the game, ready to face off whatever with my love.
