Tree takes Cherry Jr. to have a bath, while I try to patch up the pit. Sure it was hard to walk, but I just need a shovel.
This is a nice pit, I wonder if I could stand in it.
I step into the pit, huh, I can fit. It's kind of comfortable actually. I should probably fix it now though.
After a bit, the hole is gone. It was fun though, hopefully Jr.'s cleaner now...I dust off my clothes and limp back inside.
I'm really not thinking very well right now. I guess I didn't sleep all that great. Sucks to be me I guess. Sitting on the couch, I stare blankly at the wall. I don't really have anything else to do. Should I check on the other two?
Maybe, I don't know if that would be appropriate or not. It's been a bit though. What if they got hurt?
No! What are you thinking about? They're not hurt they're fine!...Probably. Just...stop overthinking it. They're okay.

I turn my head towards the door. I should probably answer that, getting up I open the door to see Pen behind it.
"Oh! Hey man!" They greet, smiling at me. I return the smile back. "Hi Pen, what do you need?"
"Nothing, just wanted to talk with Tree, that's all!" They explain, leaning against the door. I nod, "Come in, if you'd like."
They nod, stepping into the house. We hold small conversation, it was strange talking to someone not Tree for once. But they did say I needed to make more friends so-
"Black Hole? I herd the door bell ring who's there?"
I turn to see Tree with Cherry Jr. I smile, motioning them to come over. "Hey Tree!" Pen exclaims, leaning against the couch.
"Oh! uh- Hey Pen! Haven't seen you in a while," Tree laughs, greeting Pen. Cherry Jr. runs to my side, staring at Pen. I smile, ruffling their hair a bit.
"Yeah! You kind of stopped hanging out with us, after you got a boyfriendd~" Pen teases, I chuckle feeling that warm feeling again. Embarrassment probably.
"Pen shut up-" Tree says, flustered. I pat Tree on the back, calming them down. "So, what brings you here?"
"Oh! I just wanted to check in with you, y'know. We haven't seen you very often, well, I have but that's besides the point." Pen says, smiling. Tree nods, giving a small smile as well.
"So...I was wondering if you wanted to head to the bar with us! Just like, Pie, and Liy, and Pillow, and y'know, the whole group! Like old times."
Tree gives a soft smile. "Thanks for thinking of me, but I need to stay at home...I just have to much stuff to do-"
"Tree, just go. We'll be fine!" I say, holding their hand. They look at me, surprised. "You sure you'll be okay? Watching the kid by yourself?"
"Babe, you need a break. Go out and have fun with your friends!" I say, Cherry Jr. nods. "Yeah! I can mess up your yard more that way."
"Okay- not that-" Tree laughs. Pen smiles, "So...I that a yes?"
Tree sighs, "I guess so, when should I head over?" they ask. Pen checks his watch, "I guess like...6:30?"
Tree does the shoulder thing, "Works for me I guess." Pen nods, "Cool, also who's this little guy!?" They ask, patting Jr.'s head.
"Hehe! I'm Cherry Jr.!" The kid exclaims, waving at Pen. Pen nods, "You adopted a kid?" they ask Tree. Tree sighs in defeat.
"Look it wasn't my idea-" They begin, I roll my eyes. "Yeah, go ahead blame me." I chuckle, Tree gives me a look as the kid laughs.
"He's so cute!!" Pen exclaims, picking the kid up and throwing them around. Chery Jr. yells, being thrown and tossed.
"Okay Pen! Don't hurt them!" Tree laughs as Cherry Jr. falls back onto the couch. "That was fun!"
"Okay, okay, I leave now, so you guys can have some family time or whatever." Pen says as they stand up. I nod, "Bye Pen."
"Bye dude! See ya soon Tree!" Pen says, leaving the house. I smile at Tree, "I hope you have fun tonight."
Tree nods, sitting on the couch. "Yeah..." They sigh, hugging my arm. I chuckle, holding them close to me. "Are you still worried or something?" I ask, playing with their hair. They shake their head.
"No-...I mean...I guess, I don't want you two getting hurt...or tearing up the house." They say, smiling slyly. I chuckle, kissing their forehead. "I'm offended that you would accuse us of such a thing. Right Jr.?"
"Yeah!" They exclaim, falling on me. "Oof! Sorry!"
I wince, smiling, "You're fine." Tree shakes their head, "This is exactly what I'm talking about."
I roll my eyes, "Sure...okay..."
We sit in silence, in like a big group hug. It was nice, the sound of wind blowing creating a calm environment.
"It's like 3:00, what should we do?" Cherry Jr. asks after a bit. I do the shoulder motion, "We could play on Tree's Nintendo?"
Their face lights up, "YEAH!! Let's do that!"
Tree and I laugh, getting up. "MARIO!" Cherry Jr. yells as they scramble upstairs. I shake my head, stumbling a bit,
"It shocks me how fast your able to walk again." Tree smiles, helping support me. "I-I'm still kind of shaky...I guess..."
"Oh yeah! I did clean up the backyard as well!" I tell Tree, they smile. "Thanks love, but how? Didn't it hurt?"
"Y-yeah...but it's okay." I say, smiling a bit. They shake their head, "Stop hurting yourself," they grin. I nod sheepishly, "Yeah- That sounds like a good idea-"
