(picture that's taken of november in the media ;)
bleau is pronounced blue)

when november woke up, she wasn't in the best mood. she was still upset about niall not being able to be with her on her birthday, but she wasn't going to let that ruin her birthday.

the day started off like it usually does; november going into the kitchen to eat breakfast (but instead it was the yearly birthday breakfast her mom made her), go into her room to get dressed, and do whatever she wanted.

today, she felt like being lazy. she just wanted to stay in her room and listen to drake all day, but mrs. rivera wouldn't let her.

"why don't you do something spontaneous? like getting your nose pierced or getting a tattoo?" mrs. rivera stood in november's bedroom doorway.

"how about no," november rolled her eyes, turning her speakers up louder.

"you're 19 today! there's gotta be something you wanna do! you still have your birthday party later today."

november shrugged. she wasn't really interested in celebrating. it wasn't a big deal.

"why don't you call niall? or do you kids nowadays not do that anymore?" mrs. rivera laughed, making november roll her eyes.

"i'll call him right now, mom. thanks."

mrs. rivera nodded before walking out of the room. november grabbed her phone and dialed niall's number, only to get his voice mail.

"hi this is niall! sorry i can't get to the phone right now, leave a message after the beep!"

beep.

"hi, ni. i was just calling to hear your voice. call me when you get this, okay? i love you."

after waiting a few minutes, she got out of bed and started getting ready for her party. she didn't want to look too fancy, since it was a pool party, so she put on her one piece bathing suit and a baggy shirt on top.

"happy birthday! where's the cake?"

novemver gave her aunt ariel a tight hug, being careful of her pregnant belly. everyone was on edge since she was a week past her due date, but ariel claimed she was fine, and for everyone not to worry.

"we're serving cake after i open my presents," november laughed, figuring cake was what her aunt was craving.

"i'm getting the first slice," ariel kissed her cheek before heading into the backyard to help set up for the party.

there was a knock at the door, so november opened it, almost gasping when she saw the large box sitting at the bottom of the steps.

"delivery for november rivera," the delivery man smiled, handing november a clipboard for her to sign. she signed, then handed the clipboard back to the man.

she tried picking up the box, but it was taller than her and heavier. she eventually got her father to bring it into her room, telling her it was a gift from him and her mom.

november sat on her bed, eyeing the box. she tried figuring out what it was, but no matter how hard she thought, she couldn't figure it out.

so she decided to open it.

first, she ripped off the wrapping paper, only to reveal a wooden box. there were hooks, so she unhooked them, the front of the box opening.

"took you long enough. i almost died in there."
