a week after niall's birthday, november had gotten into the habit of leaving love bites on niall where everyone could see. niall wasn't complaining; the only downside was that november had to buy concealer and powder that matched niall's skin tone to cover them up.

november never got around to apologizing to alexa, earning her dirty looks from her snobby friends as she walked around campus. she blamed it on her hormones, since she was starting her period soon, not that that was an excuse.

she waited patiently with bri in her dorm, telling her why she was apologizing in the first place.

"i never expected you to be so mean," bri snickered.

"i didn't mean it, you know i wouldn't do that. i was just hormonal and.."

"horny?"

"stop."

"jealous?

november gave bri a dirty look, making her smirk. the dorm door opened, revealing alexa, who was carrying her textbooks. she set them down on the table, letting out a little shriek when she saw november sitting next to bri.

"i came here to apologize," november sighed.

"for?"

"for being so rude to you last week. i shouldn't have reacted the way i did. you were just trying to be nice."

bri rolled her eyes and grabbed her car keys, saying bye to the both of them and heading out.

"it's fine. i'm sorry for just coming to your apartment, that was rude of me."

november gave her a reassuring smile, "it's okay, really."

"and i'm so sorry for what my friends said to niall. everyone is equal and if you want to date him even if you're not white, you should be able to. if you want to have premarital sex, that's your choice. personally, i don't approve of that but-"

"woah woah," november interrupted her. "please don't force your beliefs onto me. i'm a christian, too, but what i do is my choice, got it?"

alexa nodded, "i'm sorry."

"stop apologizing."

"sorry."

november rolled her eyes and stood up, getting ready to leave the dorm. alexa sighed, plopping on her bed and just staring at the ceiling. november rose her brow at her, "what's wrong?"

"i have a crush on your boyfriend."

"i know."

alexa covered her face with her hands and groaned, "i'm sorry- i mean, i know he's your boyfriend and you've had sex with him and most likely other things, but i really like him.. help me find someone new so i can get over him. please?"

november laughed, "why would i help you get over my boyfriend? are you insane?"

although november did feel bad, she didn't understand what alexa wanted her to do. walk around the entire campus and find a guy to fall in love with her?

"i shouldn't have even asked. you can leave now," the blonde said, pointing towards the door.

"no, i'll help you, but no more coming to my apartment and giving my boyfriend gifts, got it?"

she shook her head, running over to november and giving her a tight hug. november's eyes widened, but she hugged back.

november left the dorm and headed to chloe's, just to check in on her. she knocked on the door, surprised when chloe yanked her in and slammed the door.
