Atsumu POV
"Tsumu you dragged us out of bed on a school night to talk. So what do you want to talk about?" Y/n asked me. "Frankly I didn't think very far. I was just bored." I rubbed the back of my neck sheepishly. "Yeah figures." Osamu shot back. Y/n looked between us for a moment. "So what did you two do today while me and mom were out?"

"Well Osamu was moping all day so I didn't get to do much all day." I complained. He glared at me. "Maybe if you had tried to find something to do yourself."  "Hey, I did find stuff to do by myself I just prefer to do things with other people!"

Osamu raised an eyebrow. "Mhm. What did you end up doing then?" "Well I... I talked to O- Sakusa! And Komori. And then I did schoolwork. AND I kept watching that one show I told you about!" "How fun." Osamu said, as sarcastic as ever.

"Are you and Kiyoomi friends?" Y/n said before I could start an argument with Osamu. "You keep saying something and then switching to 'Sakusa'." I felt my face grow warm while she stared at me with her chin propped on her hand.

"I- uhh... Well I- we just-" I cut myself off trying to stop myself from becoming even more of a stuttering mess. "We met at a training camp." I blurted out. Y/n grinned. "Oh did you now? And he's not too uncomfortable around you?"

"Well yeah I guess. We're friends, although I haven't actually seen him in person for some months. I'm glad we're playing Itachiyama soon!" I smiled to myself. "So am I! I do wish I could see the girls team again, I already miss them a ton, but I'm definitely excited to see the rest of the team. And of course the sleepover with the team is going to be fun! They all seem to be cool and I'm glad I have a chance to be friends with everyone."

Osamu leaned as far back as possible in his chair. "So Tsumu, how did you end up being friends with Sakusa? There were a lot of people at the trainings camp and he's pretty much your opposite." God these two are nosy today. That's usually my job! "Well... He's really good at volleyball. It's not every day you get the chance to set for one of the best aces our age in Japan."

"And you and Motoya seem like you'd get along quite well." Y/n continued. "Most of
Kiyo's friends were friends with Motoya first. I know I was." "Well I mean I tried to befriend Sakusa first but Komori is a lot more... Open to people." I mumbled.

"I'll never know how he's managed this long in a team sport. I guess volleyball doesn't really have much physical contact." Osamu said. "But he works incredibly well with his team considering his reluctance to talk to people."

"Kiyoomi's weirdly good at reading people. It's not that he can't talk to people he just doesn't really want to." Y/n explained. "Me and Motoya were always much worse at talking to people. He was our advice dispenser for social interaction."

"Wait, you and Komori needed advice. From SAKUSA. On how to talk to people? But you're both so confident when you talk to people!?" I asked her in utter bewilderment.

Y/n rubbed her eyes. "Am I? I guess I can never really tell how I come across when talking to people, I just always feel so nervous and uncomfortable. But anyway we both used to be so scared of talking to people. Kiyoomi always knew exactly what to say but never wanted to talk to people so he made us do it. Motoya's definitely better at talking to new people than me but I don't get so shy anymore."

Osamu checked the time on his phone. "We should really go to sleep soon, it's quite late and we have school tomorrow." "Oh come on!" I whined. "It's only like-" I checked the time. "11:30? I mean... It's not that late, we can still talk for a little bit..."

"Yeah, I mean-" Y/n yawned, cutting herself off. "I'm sure it's fine. I'm not even that tired yet. Besides Samu we haven't even gotten to talk about your little thing." Osamu glanced at her. "Mhm, you're definitely not tired. And anyway I don't have a 'little thing' what are you talking about?"

"You know what I mean! You're whole thing with Suna." Y/n tilted her head with an inquisitive look. Osamu frowned at her. "I already told you, there's nothing to talk about. He said he's going to ignore me for a few days and that's that. We'll be back to normal soon. But you!" Osamu pointed at Y/n who was still lying on his bed with her head propped up. "You are definitely too tired for this. If we keep talking any longer you're going to start spouting all kinds of nonsense and since Atsumu can't keep a secret this is a breeding ground for rumours."

I gasped in offense. "I would never spread rumours! But Samu's right Y/n, you look and sound absolutely exhausted. When did you go to sleep yesterday?" Y/n glared at both of us. "I'm not that tired. Besides I know that you have worse sleeping schedules than me don't pretend to be more responsible!"

"Go to sleep!" Me and Osamu whisper-yelled. "Fine!" She whispered back. "But go to sleep soon too. Make sure not to be too tired at school or practice tomorrow." She got up and walked towards the door. "Good night. See you later."

I stood up from my spot on the floor and headed towards the door too. "Yeah, I'm going to bed now. Thanks for letting us use your room Samu, good night!"

A/N I do like just writing about these three interacting, it's very fun! I hope you guys like this chapter. I'm running a little bit behind writing schedule since I like to have 3-4 chapters pre-written, but that means there's going to be some new stuff coming soon!
