Penda POV

I can't transform.

I never realized how much my memories were tied to my powers. I feel them, if only a little bit of it, but I can't become, Believix, I can't...

Today, I return to Alfea with the girls, a school for fairies, a place that is just fuzzy. It took Noa, practically pushing me onto the ship to get me here, and the girls dragging me through the gates to attend this ceremony.

My father still sits on the throne until I'm comfortable with ruling. I'm truly thankful for him doing so. Listening to the Head Mistresses of Cloud Tower and Alfea, the food is open for us to eat.

As everyone stands I get crowded by cameras, asking about my wedding and when I will take the throne. I wish I was home, I wish I wasn't here. Why can't they just disappear? Then the interviewer turns into a frog.

"...Did I do that?"

Then more people started turning into frogs, including the camera crew.

As the students begin to scream and run, the Trix reveal themselves. Dodging Icy's shards of ice, I watch the girls transform. Wanting to join them, I'm surrounded by guards.

"What's the meaning of this!"

One of the guards opens a portal, "The King ordered us to ensure your safety princess. We must leave!"

I reach out for the girls, but I get pulled away. Back in the throne room, I frown. Standing, I sigh before snapping my fingers, transforming into a long pale pink ball gown. I know how Father gets when I don't dress my role.

Looking at the older man clearly annoyed, he walks over to me, "I won't let you get hurt again."

I give him a small smile, "I know."

He smiles, "Noa will be attending the royal meetings with me today, leaving you with Sefu."

Getting escorted to the outdoor training area, I transform into more comfortable clothes.

Seeing my brother, I smile, tossing me a blade, I catch it with ease.

"You know, one of these days' I'll be better than you."

Teasing him, he smirks at me, "Stick to your throne, Penda."

Rushing forward our swords clash, movements fluid, and at ease. A reflex from years of practicing I assume. As the sun begins to set, after hours of building my skill, I sit on the stone bench. Closing my eyes, I soak in the cool breeze.

Feeling a shadow cover my light, I look up, smiling at Noa, he pecks my lips.

"Enjoy training?"

I chuckle, "As much as you enjoy those boring meetings."

The one thing I don't have to attend, my intelligence and instinct on the matter of ruling my kingdom haven't faded. But the council is worried about me protecting it, hence the swords training with my fairy form unusable.

Taking my hand he lifts me, "Let's go to the springs together, deep within the caves under the castle."

I chuckle a bit, "How do you know about that?"

"I'm your husband, I should know these things."

Leading me away, the night is filled with laughter and fits of love. And as the moons go by, with my love for my kingdom and Noa growing, new news fills the magical dimension.

Bloom's wedding to the lucky bachelor, the girls are already on my phone. And with no answer, we arrive at Sparks in gowns fit for royalty. Walking by Layla, Flora tries to talk to the guards, but they don't budge.
