Penda POV

Arriving in Gardenia with bags in hand, we surprise Bloom's earth parents. They graciously allow us to stay in their home for the time being. Unpacking our things we start to adjust to life on earth. In a small house of nine, we do our best to make it work.

We make ourselves at home, but I spend my time outside most of the time, needing space. So we go on a hunt for a job, working at a cafe is fun, but we quickly get fired. Then we work at a restaurant washing dishes, then a clothing store, delivery people and so much more.

But every time, we end up getting fired, mostly due to Stella but I can't blame her.

The boys check up on us virtually, and after a quick call, a man walks up to us offering a job. Mr. Roony owns a toy shop, well more like a factory. Sorting stock, with little pay.

It's a start.

Flora shows the abdomen stuffed animals care by sharing a little magic making one of them come to life. Bringing more life, I smile, adoring them as they fly around.

A beautiful white fox with bright red eyes flies over to me, making me giggle in delight. But with so many, we have to use magic to move them back to Bloom's parent's home.

Our Boss compliments us, rewarding us with extra funds.

The home has grown more stuffed, and with her Earth Father's allergies, it becomes more difficult to stay.

Bloom comes up with the idea to run a pet shop, and Vanessa helps us find a place that's perfect for us. With an upper apartment and lower shop, Vanessa helps us start up. Promising to pay her back, leading us to officially have our own place.

Decorating, and starting the place up we officially set up the shop. Stella will take care of the pet's grooming, Flora will be taking care of their health and diet, Layla's fitness, Musa will help with their musical skill, Tecna will help with the distribution, Bloom will be working at the front desk and I will deal with Boarding.

Love and Pets is open for the first time, but people aren't coming in, still planning the big reveal. Feeling a burst of magic, we get knocked down, less intense, and less violent but magic nonetheless.

We try to follow after the magical presence. Transforming, we take the skies rushing through the city.

Following the magic trail, we don't seem to find the wizards. Meeting back up at Love and Pet, we walk into bubbles and soap.

With Kiko's help in distracting the pets, we clean the place up and get our stations ready. In our uniforms, I transform into a white and gold sweats.

But as the door opens, no one comes, and as the hours pass not much changes. Then Tecna starts to work her magic, making a Love and Pets website. Allowing the pets to be magically transported directly to the user's room.

With some set rules, the first pet gets transported. Then another, and another, and finally we get our first customer, getting in my station I show the line of pets boarding and inform the customer of its care and needs while allowing an open door for them to stay while away on trips and such.

It doesn't take long for the place to get full with customers and so does the boarding area. I speak to a new customer, "From business trips, field trips, and more. But we take care of the pets, and make sure they're comfortable with their own personalities and specific needs."

After work, we make it to the Fruity Smoothly, a beach smoothie bar and club. Watching Bloom's childhood friend and his band play, we cheer for them in the crowd.
