Penda POV

In a regal Ball Gown of white and red roses, I stand with Noa and my family as we attend the Domino Renewal Ceremony. Noa keeps me close, protecting me, more emotionally than anything else.

Seeing Stella, Flora, and Layla enter, I give them a soft smile. Following the girls, Noa holds my wrist, "Wait..."

Looking up at him, I tilt my head a bit.

"Yes?"

He's clearly worried, touching his cheek, I smile, "Don't worry, I'll be fine."

His grip tightens, and looking into his eyes I nod, "Girls, go without me, I'll stay here."

Nodding they leave for the oceans. As the ceremony begins, the Trix attack, and those unable to fight flee, I frown, transforming.

Standing before the King and Queen of Domino, a blade of light forms in my hand. Standing between Sefu and Noa I frown. Taking the skies, I slash Darcy, "Beating Heart!"

She shouts getting shot back, dark clouds form, as lighting strikes down, shielding  Noa and Sefu, they run ahead to deal with Stormy. Darcy appears once more, ready to face me but Bloom's parents aren't one to stand around.

Swords drawn they face Icy with Sky.

Darcy shatters the magic sword in my hand, but as it explodes the bits of light burn her skin.

The sisters regroup, knocking me down, I hit my head against the thick pillar of stone. My vision is blurry, looking at the world around me the Queen and King are bound in nets of darkness turning into ice.

Seeing Sefu and Noa on the floor, tears fall down my eyes. If I remembered, I could be stronger, I would be stronger.

My chest aches at the sight, sitting up, rage fills my heart. Seething at the witches, they falter, I shout "Loving Rage!"

My powers burst, with no control, no outlet, no direction. Light blossoms in the Castle of Sparks, hearing the Trix screams of terror, I stand. "You continue to test me, but no matter what, I will never let another kingdom fall in the hands of a witch."

Scared they flee, allowing the iced Queen and King of Domino to melt. Feeling weak, my powers fade, my form gone. Then everything goes black.

I hate it when that happens.

No POV

Fragile like glass, strong as stone, Penda sleeps in Alfea, drained and tired. Her husband and family stand by her, in the infirmary while the girls try to find a way to heal her.

So worried about the trials of Sirenix, and the fate of the world, they forgot about the one person who was cracking before their eyes. Determined to make it right, determined to aid Penda, they call for guidance.

Bloom summons her Guardian, as she gifts them a tip, telling them to go to the oceans of Penda. Where the dark waters hold fragments of light that only appear with care and love.

Telling Penda's father, he puts his faith in them as they take the boat to the oceans of Upendo.

When they arrive the waters are calm, until a thick serpent appears and roars. Sefu is shocked by the sight, "The Migas..."

The beast roars, causing the Winx to transform. The King, Sefu, and Noa remain on the boat protecting Penda while the Winx take the skies. The Migas, tentacles slam on the boat, rocking it. Penda slips from their watch, falling into the ocean.

Noa shouts out, "NO!"

Layla dives in, but she doesn't make it far, "I can't see!" Casting a spell over her, Penda fades from view sinking to the bottom. The Yacht still afloat, the Winx begin their search for Penda.

Penda POV

When I open my eyes, I'm surrounded by darkness, and a strong magic allowing me to breathe comfortably. Confused, I try to transform, only to fail miserably. Looking around, to see nothing, the wet sand digs in my fingers. Looking around I see nothing then suddenly a small light glows in the distance.

Curious, as it lurks closer to me, I squint my eyes to reveal a small fish with a bulb of light over its head. Large sharp teeth poke out of its head. I giggle a bit as it swims around me, I smile, "Well, I have nowhere else to go. I'm in too deep. The pressure is weighing me down."

Kicking my feet, I swim following the fish. Trusting my senses, and my little fish friend, I gasp at the faint glowing coral that illuminates. Making the dark space look magical and mysterious.

Seeing the oddly shaped fish with large fangs and rough exteriors, I can't help but feel...safe. Then I notice something in the corner of my eyes. I turn to see the legendary Migas.

It's calm, as it stands before me, leaving a large space between us as the waters bubble and warm.

Revealing a woman wrapped in dark blue silk and coral, her eyes glow softly, "Princess of Upendo, the child of love. I am Yemaya, Ancient Fairy of the Deep Seas."

I bow my head in respect, "Raise your head, my child."

Doing so, she gives me a soft smile, "You look so much like your mother, and the women before her."

Reaching out to me, she holds my hand, rubbing the back of it. "You have done so much for the people around you. Yet you do so little for yourself. Allow me to undo what only ancient blood can heal."

My eyes widen, "My memories..."

She smiles, "Yes, they will return, but be warned, once you regain them you will face dire consequences. For love lies in everything and can be dangerous if not tamed. Are you ready to unleash this?"

Looking at her I nod, smiling at me, the fish circles me. Placing her palm on my head my body begins to burn. It all begins to return to me, every fragment, memory, and moment of my life.

The Ancient Fairy speaks, "Fragile like glass, strong as stone, may your mind heal, and heart never be thrown."

Releasing me, tears spill from my eyes, mixing with the salty water.

"Thank you."

She nods, looking behind me, and she speaks softly, "Do not hide Oshun, Princess Penda needs you to guide her."

Turning around, I watch as the magenta and white Selkie fade into form, once unseen now present. Looking into her bright eyes, I smile, bonding with the Selkie.

Shy, she opens up, "Penda, I felt you, you make me feel stronger."

As my heart pumps, I hold her tiny hand, looking at Yemaya's bubbly form as she begins to fade away.

"I wish you luck, future Queen of Upendo. We will meet again."

Fading away, Oshun smiles as she swims towards the Migas. The creature, is gentle, entertaining her a bit. Smiling at the two, I speak softly, "I think it's time for me to take control of my life."

Transforming into Harmonix, I dim my light, allowing the creatures around me to feel comfortable. As they swim around me, I hold Oshun. Sitting on Migas he swims towards the surface. As the light peaks through, I hear a familiar voice.

"Penda!"

Seeing the girls, I smile as they stand in front of Migas ready to attack. I hold out my hands, "He's a friend."

Swimming away from him, Oshun waves goodbye before the creature returns to the bottom of the ocean. Looking a them I feel warm, "I remember."

Cheering, Layla hugs me tightly, and returning it, I feel complete once more. Saying my farewells to Oshun we return to the surface, seeing Sefu and Father I rush towards them, holding them close.

Noa looks relieved, walking over to him, I hold his hands, "Remember when I first met you, at the clearing in the woods?"

He doesn't say a word as he holds me, squeezing me tightly.
