Fitz's POV:
"We're here, Sir." My agent says after opening the car door for me.

We enter the building and I walk in front of my secret service agents, with one thought on my mind. I find my way through the halls to the room and open the door and see the man I'm looking for sitting behind the desk.

"What the hell is this?"

"This is a reunion, one that is long overdue." I say as he walks over towards me.

"I almost didn't know where to look for you. Someone I haven't seen in 20 years, and then it struck me-you're exactly where I left you. Standing in the shadows. Pulling my strings."

"You act like this is personal."

"Oh, it's personal to me. What you did to Pete Foster-."

"Pete Foster committed suicide."

"Don't lie to me. You wanted him dead from the beginning, and you finally got your way. So who's next? Who else has to die to protect a secret that no one on this planet is looking for?"

"As we speak, our computer specialists are tracing the IP address that accessed these files on Pete Foster from the Navy's server. Someone is looking." He says and hands me some files.

No-Name's POV:
I watch as Ballard breaks into Rowan's home, he clearly knows that Olivia has dinner with him every Sunday. I could easily go in there and stop him, but it's more fun to try and figure out what he's doing, or trying to find.

"Crap, how far away is the restaurant?" I hear Ballard ask someone, who I'm guessing is Huck on surveillance.

I've done my research on Olivia Pope and who she works with. Gone through their minds and found out everything I could about them.

"I'm gonna be compromised? Look, I understand the stakes here. I'm a spy too." I hear Ballard state and I can see him in the computer room, downloading some sort of file.

I watch as Rowan comes up his driveway and starts getting out of his car. It's quite entertaining, seeing Ballard so panicked and on edge. That's what I figured out got me going. The victims I got to kills slowly, see the fear in their eyes, hearing their heart racing. It's one of the only times I feel truly alive and happy.

Rowan heads inside his home and I watch, waiting for either Ballard to escape or get caught. Part of me wants him to escape, because then it would prove that he's not untouchable.

I go up to the door and knock, distracting Rowan, giving Ballard some time for the download to complete. Rowan opens the door and sees me standing there. I don't say anything, just hand him the file of my latest victim.

"I just gave this to you." He says, looking confused.

I just shrug as he looks through it and sees the proof that the victim is dead and gave me what I needed to know.

The truth is, I didn't need to torture him for the information, I could've just looked in his mind, and I did. But I also took a lot of pleasure in dissecting him alive, hearing him plead with me. It was like music to my ears.

"I'm impressed." Rowan admits and I hear Ballard finish up.

I just nod and take my leave and watch as Ballard sneaks out successfully.

Ballard's POV:
Huck calls me and tells me that the President is is on the Remington issue.

"Why the hell would they say he flew that mission if he didn't?"

"Maybe because he was doing something else, something they wanted to cover up. Also, Command knows someone's digging. He doesn't know who." Huck says as multiple black SUV's park near me and men in suits pile out.
