Chapter 30:
-Cassie's POV-I looked at Ryan and smiled.
"Why do you want to know?" Lily asked.
"Well it's because Max is my brother and he kinda likes you as well, but we didn't want him to rush into anything." I said.
"No? Really? He likes me back?" She started to smile.
"Hey guys make sure you are working on the worksheet." Mr. Plaid said to the whole class.
"Alright I think maybe we really should start this worksheet, even though we could get it done in about 5-10 minutes." Ryan said.
"Yeah your right." Lily said.
We all started to get to work.
-after school-
-Lilys POV-
I felt like I shouldn't have listen to Lucy. I feel like she's planning something, but I was just curious if he was actually going to be there or not.
By the time I was there my heart dropped into my stomach. People stood around in a circle laughing about something.
"Oh no." I said.
A few people turned around pointing and laughing.
"How did she get that picture?"
The picture was me when I had braces and I wore that headgear to bed.
My face got hot and I'm sure it turned red.
I ran away. I didn't want to be there anymore.
I didn't know where I was going and I was crying, I ran into someone.
I looked up and saw that it was Max. I wiped my tears off my face.
"Are you ok?" He asked.
I couldn't answer all I did was have my head down.
He took his hand put it under my chin and picked it up.
"What's wrong." He said in a sweet voice.
His voice gave me a little bit of butterflies.
"It was Lucy." I chocked at every word.
"What she do?"
"She put something embarrassing up on the wall and everybody is laughing."
Max went from having this sweet look on his face to an angry face.
He took his phone out and dialed someone.
"You need to come by the girls bathrooms near the janitors closet now." he said. "hurry."
He hung up. And he looked my in the eyes.
"Everything is going to be ok." He said. "I won't have them hurt you anymore."
I could help but to smile just a little.
"Thank you." I said though a little bit of tears still.
He pulled me closer and hugged me tightly. All I could do was cry into his shoulder.

Hey it's me guys I just wanted to say, thank you to everyone how has been reading this crappy book, I'm not a writer or a good one, but it means so much to me that people have been actually reading this. I don't know how you guys would feel that this is almost over. I'm not going to say too much, but the very last chapter is going to have a twist. I won't say anymore about it, but stuff happens. Anyways though thank you for sticking with me with this book, hopefully everything will go smoothly and I update more.-Kristen
