How Did I Do?

Chapter 17:

-Cassie POV-

"It's my turn." I said taking a giant breath.

I started to walk towards the stage with my violin still in the case.

"Ah." One of the judges says looking down at his paper. "Good morning Miss. Hudd."

I looked at the two judges shyly. My face was turning red and was burning.

"What are you playing?" The other judge asked.

My voice got shaking but then I realized what Mrs. H said before we left.

"You got this Cassie. Don't be nervous. Act like your at home."

Her last part stuck in my head "act like your at home." and I'm going to do that.

"Fall For You." I said with my voice still shaky.

"Ok start when ever." She says looking down.

I pick up my violin and played.

-later that night-

"I can't believe that! Cassie that was amazing!" Max said smiling.

He never smiled this big before it's weird.

"You did really good Cassie." my dad said kissing my head.

"Really good. I'm proud of you sweetie." my mom said bringing me closer to her.

Ryan walked behind us. He seemed like he was going to say something to me but never got to because my family is going crazy.

I squeezed out of my moms arms and looked back at Ryan.

He smiled and walked up right next me grabbing my hand.

"You did good Cassie. Like I've never heard anything like that before." He squeezed my hand.

"Thanks Ryan." I said looking down at the floor.

"Are you ok?" he asked.

"Yeah. I'm fine." I really wasn't though I knew that I didn't do that good on my audition but I'll she how I did in a week.

"Don't worry Cassie. You did fine, you will get in I promise." Ryan smiled at me.

I just can't stay this way when Ryan smiles. It's adorable.

His teeth are white like the clouds and straight like a perfectly straight line.

I couldn't help but to smile also.

When looking at someone who has a beautiful smile like his, you have to smile too.

"It's ok, don't worry Cassie." He said.

I was about to say something but my dad came and got us.

"Come on guys, we are going to lunch." My dad said standing in front of us.

I looked at my dad a nodded my head. Then I looked at Ryan and he just smiled.
