CHAPTER 5:
My day got has gotten even better! I got another message from Ryan!
"Hey Cassie." It read
"Hey" I replied
"I'm sorry about lunch today, you know Lucy and her being all mean and all."
" Oh its fine, Im used to it."
"Well I don't like it, so I broke up with her today."
"You did?!?"
"Yeah. I didn't like how she was treating you Cassie."
"Oh. Well thanks for caring so much."
"Oh, but I've always cared about you Cassie."
He always cared about me?
"You always cared for me, Ryan?"
"Yeah, ever since I saw you Cassie, I always liked you. I was too scared to talk to you."
"Oh... well I've always liked you too." Of course I was blushing crazily. I was happy no one was home. My mom and dad were at work and Max was over at his best friends house for the night.
"Well I have to go know Cassie, ill talk to you tomorrow, ok?"
"Ok, bye"
My day is better now. I was smiling like crazy not caring to do my homework right now. I'll do it eventually because I need to keep my grades up to be a Senior next year. Ryan that boy cared for me and actually likes me. Today was officially my best day.
-later that night-
I just finished my homework and yet I'm still thinking about Ryan and our conversion we had. When I heard the garage door open I knew my parents where home and they would ask me why I was so happy.
"Cassie! Your father and I are home!" my mom yelled.
"Hi mom and dad!" I said all cheerfully.
"Why Cassie why are you so happy today? Did something wonderful happen?" My mom said after kissing my head.
"Yes! Oh yes! The boy I liked told me he liked me too! Oh mom this is the best day!!"
"Oh you hear that Mark? Cassie likes a boy? That's so cute! Tell us all about him"
I told my parents everything about Ryan, even him breaking up with Lucy today and him defending me against her at lunch.
"That's wonderful Cassie" my father said. "I'm glad this boy likes you too."
I'm glad too. Ryan liking me never happens to some dork like me. Im also glad he cares about me.

Hey guys I'm sorry if this book isn't all great and all, but I'm happy to see that I saw someone read my book and add it to their library. That made me really happy since this is the first book I ever wrote and knowing that I'm not the best writer, but someone is actually reading this book! So thank you (:
