Chapter 33:
-Cassie's POV-
"Oh my god" Lily said.
The unknown number sent all four of us the same exact picture.
A picture of me when I was in 7th grade. The day of picture day. I woke late they morning, my hair wasn't brushed right, my braces looked terrible and I'm pretty sure I had something in them, and the worst part was I looked liked I just got out of bed, which I'm not going to lie it was partly true. I was wearing a oversized t-shirt and
Lily looked up at me with shocked in her eyes.
"What if the person who sent this to us sent it to the entire school?"
I looked down at my phone again. I was about to cry, but something inside of me wouldn't allow me to.
I slowly began to realize who was behind all of this, and that person was Lucy.
"Guys." I started off saying "the only person I know that would try to take me or any of you guys down would be no other than.."
"Lucy" Ryan said cutting me off. "She's the only person we all know that would do this to us."
"Yeah, but what are we going to do about it? She probably already sent it to everyone in school, and everyone already saw the picture of Lily." Max said.
I was getting aggravated with this whole Lucy thing. I didn't want to be the person that got made fun of at school anymore. I didn't want people to go back five ago and see who I was back then.
"We aren't going to do anything." I said putting my phone in my pocket.
"What? What do you mean?" Max said. "Cassie, Lucy is trying to embarrass you. You don't want the same thing to happen again."
"Same thing to happen again? What does that mean?" Ryan asked looking at me.
I didn't hold anything back. I told them all what happened.
"Back in 8th grade, I had a different Lucy, her name was Amber. She constantly made fun of me everyday. No one wanted to be my friend because she started rumors about me. After 7th grade my mom and dad decided that we were going to move out here to get away from that." I lifted my head up "now that we are here, my Amber turned into Lucy, who literally is doing everything she can to ruin me. And I'm not going to let her take me down."
Lily and Ryan looked at each other with a shocking face.
"Cassie." Max started "What do you plan on doing if you're not going to back down to Lucy?"
I haven't really decided what I was going to do, but I know I wasn't going to pull a her and try to destroy her life or anything.
"Honestly I don't know." I said.
-home-
As Lily, and Max sat on my bed, Ryan was on my desk chair with a notebook. I stay on my desk with my hands covering my face. We were all stressed on trying to figure out what We were going to say to Lucy tomorrow at school.
"Well what do we have so far?" Max said.
Ryan looking down at the notebook chewing on the pen cap said "nothing."
"Really? Nothing? Come on Max had an idea. Ok well they weren't a very nice word choice, but he at least thought of something."
"Well, what are we going to do?" Ryan said looking up at me.
"Honestly I'm not even sure. We start school in 12 hours, we need to think of something." I said.
"What if we don't come up with anything to say?" Lily said.
"Well what are we going to say or do then when we approaches Lucy tomorrow at school?" Max said.
"That's the thing. We'll think of something when the time has come." Lily said.
"That's a great idea." Ryan said.
"It is." I said jumping down from my desk.
"It is a good idea, but shouldn't we at least think of something, like a plan?" Max said looking at me.
"A plan?" Ryan said. "What kind of plan?"
"Well it doesn't have to be big, we can't go into school and walk up right to Lucy. We need a plan on how she's going to do all of it."
"That kinda makes sense." I said.
Lily and Ryan looked at each other then looked at me.
"And I think I might have an idea on how." I said.
"What do we do?" Ryan said.
"Well there are millions of different outcomes that could happen. Like we panic and leave. Or she gets the whole school to make fun of us." I said, "but, what if we don't go up to her. What if we ignore the kids who starts making fun of us, like we don't have any emotion towards what they are doing. We'll shrug off all the annoying or rude comments they make."
"How are we going to do that? What if it's right in front of our face?" Lily asked.
"That's the thing, even if they do that in front of our face we stand tall and ignore absolutely everything they say and us four stay to together and act like they aren't even there." I said looking around at them.
"That's great." Max said. "We are all act like they aren't there making fun of us. We do our own thing, then maybe they'll finally see that no matter what they say they can't hurt us."
"That's it, we came up with some sort of "plan" for us to stand up to Lucy and to show others they can as well. Tomorrow at school the four of us will take the stand and help others see that no one has to take it from Lucy anymore."

Sorry for not posting so much, it's been like 3 months since I actually posted a chapter.. Whoops. But I mean I was busy on and off with school and now that school is basically done, I have one more day, I probably will write a little bit more, but not often because I'll have marching band. But anyways thank you for all those who actually read this book even if it's shit. I appreciate that people actually read my 2 stories, it means a lot to me.Thanks!
