(18+) Inspiration - Yae Miko

You and Miko were secretly lovers. You often sneak in to her room to avoid the public's eye since you are one of the Fatui Harbingers and she was the Guuji of the Shrine of Inazuma.

You both had known each other for only a short time, and your relationship was still a secret to most. You would sometimes sneak off and go on secret dates together, only to end up returning to each other's embrace.

A soft smile spread across Miko's face whenever you came to visit her. She felt completely relaxed around you, in a way that she hadn't felt in a long time. She could be herself in front of you, with no need to keep up appearances.

Tonight, you saw that she was quite busy with a novel that she was editing since she's also the editor in chief of the Yae Publishing House, so you approached her and place your hands on her shoulders.

“I'm back~ You seemed rather... busy right now which is quite a surprise for me if I must say.”

Miko turned her head to see you standing behind her. There was a slight hint of surprise on her face, although she quickly composed herself and greeted you with one of her trademark charming smiles.

“Good evening, dear~ I'm glad that you're back.... But yes, I was just busy with the editing of one of the latest projects. What brings you here?”

Miko was still working on the novel sitting on her desk, so she didn't want to make it look like she was doing nothing.

“The mission Her Highness The Tsarista gave me had already been completed successfully so I came here to pay you a short visit. Why? Do you want me to go~?”

Miko looked up to you and shook her head,“Oh, not at all. But... may I ask which mission the Cryo Archon gave to you?”

You just innocently smiled and kissed her cheek.

“It's confidential~ However, I assure you that it doesn't involve Inazuma at the matter.”

Miko felt the soft touch of your lips on her cheek, and was overcome by a feeling of warmth. She tilted her head slightly in your direction.

“Mmm, well, that's reassuring.” Yae then took a moment to think of what to say next.

“I do hope that this mission wasn't too taxing on you, I know how much you hate dealing with those political things...”

“Mmhmm~ but I couldn't just disobey Her Highness' order considering the consequences.”

You then took the novel away from her hand and inspect the title which seems to be a new soon-to-be publish novel: The Fox Princess And A Knight From An Icy Kingdom.

And the author seems to be...

“Oh? So this was written by the Guuji herself? Interesting...”

You flipped the book continuesly and noticed that it wasn't finish yet since some pages are left blank.

“What happened here? Writer's block?” You asked.

“Oh... yes, I suppose that is the section I am working on currently.” Yae cleared her throat.

“It is an intimate scene, and while I could just write it without a care in the world, I am putting an unexpected amount of thought into the details... I want to make sure that it is perfect.”

“...Well, if you want it to be perfect then isn't better if you rely with some... experiences in the story?” You asked again.

Miko just chuckle at your response and took the novel away from you before pushing you down on her bed while straddling you.
