(18+) Remedy - Ruan Mei

As you were both finished conducting an experiment, you approached her and kiss her. Her soft lips meet yours with such delicacy. Her mouth is warm and soft, and her breath smells so good.

She lets you kiss her without any resistance, even going as far as to slightly tilt her head backwards and lean into you.

She lets out a soft sigh when you pull away. She stares at you, her eyes glimmering from the light pouring in through the window. She smiles softly, her lips curling up a little. She has nothing to say; she does not need to say anything.

“Are you tired?”

“Mhm.” She answers, her voice soft and barely a whisper.

She is visibly tired... though she still holds you close to her. She stares into your eyes. Though she is physically exhausted, she is still alert and awake. You can see the affection and love on her face.

“Your visit at Herta's Station must have drained you a lot. Did you encounter a problem along the way?”

She nods,“Yes. It's nothing, really. Just some old creations that I ended up running into.”

“And?”

“And nothing,” She replies.

She says these words, but as she does so, she shifts her eyes away from you for a moment. She seems reluctant to talk about it and the way she changes the subject so suddenly makes you wonder if there's more she is not telling you.

You only hummed before patting your lap for her to sit.

“Come here.”

Ruan Mei hesitates for a moment before sitting down on your lap. Your arms curl around her and you pull her slightly against your body. She relaxes into you and she nestles her head against your shoulders. She is silent for a moment as she relaxes.

“You mentioned some old creations? Is it what I'm thinking about?”

She stays quiet for several moments before she eventually nods. Her voice is so soft that you can barely hear it.

“Yes, it is...”

“Are they... doing well?” You asked.

She stayed silent for a moment, still with her head on your shoulders, before answering. She seems a little hesitant to answer but she still does.

“They are doing just fine... at least that's what it seems.”

You only chuckle before gently cupping her cheeks and kiss her lips.

“You should rest.”

However she just smiles faintly before kissing you back softly. Her response feels genuine. She is tired and she knows that she should rest, yet she doesn't push you away.

She wraps her arms around your neck and stays close to you. You can feel her cheeks getting warmer with each kiss and all the stress from the day disappears in that moment. She leans her body against yours, wrapping her arms around you tightly.

“I guess you prefer the other method of releasing your exhaustion?”

Ruan Mei just smiles softly and looks into your eyes before responding.

“I never had a preference. But it seems that I always end up choosing the ‘other method’ over resting...” She raises her eyebrows and gives you these adorable innocent puppy eyes.

You chuckle again before kissing her. She can't resist smiling at the feeling of your kiss. She kisses back and closes her eyes while enjoying the moment with you. She has to admit that this is quite a fitting way to release her exhaustion.
