Just your average morning at Bright Fields. Songbirds in the sky, ripe apples on the trees... and a fugitive horse hiding out in your stables.
I was standing next to Pin while he stood next to Gaby
"Something's wrong" Gaby said as Ariel neighed
"I can't figure it out. She's physically fine." Pin said
"Well, maybe she knows there's a price on her head. The whole island's looking for her." I said before Marcus opened the stall door
"Hey, is Mia here?" Marcus asked
"Nope. What's up?" I asked
"The training center called, they want me to do my exam today, and she's supposed to be riding for me." Marcus said
"Today?" I questioned
"Yep... examiner's on her way." Marcus answered
"What?" I said
"You have to cancel." Gaby said
"Ariel's distressed. We can't let any outsiders in until we know what's wrong." Pin said
"They could report her to the mayor" Gaby added as Ariel neighed
"I'll give them a call back." Marcus said
"Marcus... wait. You're always putting us first, and now it's our turn to do the same for you. So, golden boy, go out there and ace that exam." I said before Marcus smiled and walked away. I turned to Gaby and Pin
"We can handle Ariel. Right?" I said as we looked at Ariel

I walked into Ariel's stall with a bucket of water to see Gaby petting her
"When I found Bullet on the beach last year he was dehydrated. Maybe Ariel's the same." I suggested as I set a bucket of water down in front of Ariel but the kicked the Bucket
"Maybe not." I added
"Okay, why don't you go and see to Bullet? I can handle Ariel on my own." Gaby said
"We need to work together to figure out what's wrong." I said a little confused on why she was acting like that
"Okay." Gaby said

"I used to spend hours grooming Bullet back in the early days. It helped us bond. You should try it with Ariel." I suggested
