She danced among the clouds,
the sky her stage.
The stars she picked like fruit
to rearrange in any way.
She sat on the end of a rainbow,
to admire the world's beauty.
She herself was something unique,
a kind of art
only God could make.I visited her in her castle,
and brought her my heart.
I offered her the secrets
to my mind,
and whispered of lovers
long gone.She was all I sought,
my hope and prayer,
until I awoke,
and saw she had
never been there.
