My Phantom of the Opera

Why so silent

Jasmine was wearing a beautiful white dress and Raoul was wearing a dashing suit. Everyone was having a good time at the Masquerade until they heard the music. They turn around and who standing up the stairs was the opera ghost himself.  Everyone gasps. Jasmine and Raoul looked up. He didn't look happy with his full mask. Dressed all in crimson, with a death's head visible inside the hood of his robe, the Phantom has come to the party. Rachel and her mother looked up. Carlotta and her date looked up. 

As he starts walking down the stairs he says "Why so silent? Did you think I have left you for good? Perhaps you missed me, good Messieurs.  I have written you an opera. Here I bring the finish score. Don Juan Triumphant!" he through it on the ground and took out his sword. "I advise you comply. A few instructions before the year starts" he continued. Raoul sneak away. He went towards the diva. "Carlotta must learn to act" he said while messing with her feathers on her crown. 

Then he pointed his sword to her date. "You must lose some weight. It's not healthy in a man beyond his age" he said.  He then faced the managers and said, "And my managers must learn that their place is in an office, not the arts." He put his sword away. "As for our star, Ms. Jasmine Daae. No doubt she'll do her best. It's true, her voice is good. She knows should she choose to excel she have much more to learned. If pride will let her return to me. Her teacher." 

As the Phantom and Jasmine stare at each other the song "Learn to be lonely." 

Rachel and Madame Lesch looked on. Jasmine hypnotized by the Phantom. They started to walk towards each other like the universe was bringing them together in a very public way. Then the Phantom noticed her ring around her neck that broke their moment. She grabbed it off her and said, "You belong to me and only me!" Jasmine just stared as her beloved tutor disappear in flames. 

Everybody gasped. Raoul went after him through his trap door.
