Raoul walking with the managers and Madame Lesch. Talking about how to lor the Phantom out.

"We have all been blind" he started. "And yet the answers have been staring us in the face. This could be the chance to capture our clever friend." "We are listening" said one manager. "Go on" said the other. "We shall play his game, perform his work but remember we hold the ace. For if Miss Daae sings, he is certainly to attend" Raoul explained. "We are certain the doors are barred" said one manager. "We are certain the police are there" said the other. "We are certain they're armed" responded Raoul. "The curtain falls. His reign will end."

Raoul went to see Jasmine. She was praying.

Jasmine turned and said "Raoul, I'm frightened. Don't make me do this." She stood up, sobbing "It scares me. Don't put me through this ordeal by fire." She hugged him and then looked at him again and said "He'll take me again, I know. We'll be parted forever this time. He won't let me go."

She then turned and walked towards the window and said "What I once used to dream, I now dread. If he finds me, it won't ever end. He'll always be there, singing songs in my head" she sits down.

Raoul walked over to her and sit down. "You said yourself he was nothing but man. Yet while he lives, he will haunt us 'til we're dead."  She responded "Twisted every way what answer can I give? Am I to risk my life to win the chance to live? Can I betray the man who once inspired my voice? Do I become his prey?" "Do I have any choice? He kills without a thought. He murders all that's good. I know I can't refuse" she turned her head back to him "And yet I wish, I could. Oh God, if I agree what horrors wait for me? In this, the Phantom's Opera?"

Then Raoul says "Jasmine, Jasmine don't think that I don't care. But every hope and every prayer rests on you now. Our future together and everything that is good."  They embraced each other one last time.

Down in his lar, the Phantom prepares. "Seal my fate tonight. I hate to have to cut the fun short but the jokes wearing thin. Time to let the audience in and let my opera begin. Jasmine is mine!"
