The Phantom saw the Diva's debut on Coney Island. He was not impressed. The only person he felt was perfect for any of his shows is Jasmine Daae. He only wants her to perform for her and not the diva wannabe. He began set everything up and wrote a letter addressing his real name and sending it to Jasmine. No one knows his real name and therefore it's a safe way to convince the beautifully talented Jasmine to make her way to America for her own debut and he will finally get to see her again.
