Maddie huffed, looking through the story again. It was supposed to be Fiona's backstory. A backstory a certain brunette author made. Maddie ground her jaw.
She took a breath before looking over it again. Overall, it wasn't a bad backstory. It was how it was explained that made it hard to get down. She cracked her knuckles, resting her hands back down onto her computer.
Maddie let herself relax before starting typing again. She got immersed in her writing, fingers flying over the keyboard. She slowly started to smile as she described Fiona's childhood, growing into a teenager.
Generally, Fiona was considered to be around 15-17, with Roxy at 17-18 and Foxy at 19-21. Fiona was considered the youngest, and Maddie drove that through in every way she could.
She still did her best to make Fiona act like she did in real life, but she took a few liberties. Especially for child-Fiona. It was incredibly, amazingly fun.
She found herself giggling at Fiona for the antics she came up with before realizing it was almost time for her self-declared shift to end. Mr. Smith was good about letting them have a say in their shifts.
She stood up and stretched, back popping. She closed her computer, putting it back in its place inside her laptop bag. Today hadn't been so bad.
