Please listen to Dordogne Peace 2 by Magnus Ludvigsson and enjoy :D

Grian's Perspective-

"Hey Frisk?"

The little gnome who was trying to jump on a butterfly and ride it, looked up.

"Yeah?"

"Is Kade...really never going to come back?"

"I'm afraid so. Even though us gnomes are magical, nothing lasts forever."

I looked down.

"But don't be sad, you got other people who care and love you just as much as Kade did. Like your parents, me, and Scar!"

"Yeah, I guess you're right..."

"And besides, Kade died because he knew he couldn't help you in that fight."

"What?"

"Well, I'm assuming that's why he did. Look, his power wasn't really the thing that was going to defeat Canon. It would weaken them, but it wouldn't really overpower them like the power of duplicating yourself does."

"Oh...so he just...sacrificed himself?"

"Yeah."

"But- but he didn't- why did he- "

"Because he wanted you to live your life with Scar."

I looked down and Frisky smiled at me.

"You had a good gnome, Grian. And I hope that I can treat you the same Kade did."

I smiled softly and gently pat her head.

"I'm sure you will, Frisky. I'm sure you will."

Martyn's Perspective-

I paced around outside the hospital room, waiting.

I glanced at the clock, watching as the minute hand moved slowly.

I groaned.

Time had never moved so slow, and I had the power to stop it completely.

Just then, the door opened, and my head snapped up to the healer.

"Well?" I asked nervously.

"He'll be okay." She said and I breathed a sigh of relief.

"Can I see him?" I asked, my voice sounding desperate.

"Yes, but he's asleep."

"That's okay."

I walked into the room and saw Scott lying down on the hospital bed.

I sat down on the chair near his bed and gently brushed his hair from his face.

"Scott..." I whispered, tears forming in my eyes, "I'm so happy you're okay, and I'm so sorry I did that to you all those years ago."

Scott groaned and he slowly opened his eyes, looking at me.

He reached a hand to my cheek, and I smiled.

"It's okay, you did as I asked and...I'm sorry I asked you to do that, that must've been so hard for you."

I nodded, "It was."

He smiled and slowly leaned in and kissed me.

I moved my hand to his chin and kissed back.
