"Alright, we are going to go now!" Aoi says.
"Don't go!" Sumi, Naho and Kiyo exclaim.
"I'm sorry guys. We've already planned this and it wouldn't be nice to cancel. Plus, if you be good while we're gone we will suprise you." Kanao replies.
"Fine!" The 3 young girls reply.
"Do you have everything?" I ask.
"Yes we do." Kanao replies.
"Alright then, stay safe." I say.
"We will be. Plus I'm sure Kanao is strong enough to save us." Aoi replies.
"Very well then. Just remeber your strong yourself Aoi." I respond.
They say goodbye one last time before disappearing off into the horizon.
"Awe! This is so sad." Sumi says.
"I agree!" Kiyo replies.
"Why did they leave us!!!" Naho exclaims.
"Let's calm down and I'll get you girls ice cream."
"Thank you Master!!" They reply.
A few hours later
We walk to a nearby town. It is full of bustling crowds and happy people. It has many different buildings and stalls all over the place.
"Where's the Ice cream?" Kiyo cries.
"I'm not quite sure." I respond.
"Let's ask someone!" Naho suggests.
"Excuse me sir, do you know where we can buy some Ice cream?" Sumi asks.
The guy looks over. It is no other than Tomioka-san.
"Are you one of the girls from butterfly mansion?" He asks.
"Oh! I know who you are. Your the guy with the mismatched Haori that Shinobu always hangs around with." Kiyo exclaims.
I nervously laugh. Why am I being
embarrassed by such young kids.
"Let's just go." I say trying to distract the three young girls.
"Ok!!!" They all yell.
Giyu looks over at me and silently laughs. I get annoyed and put my middle finger up.
"What does that finger mean?" Sumi asks.
"It's a gesture of kindness." I reply.
We walk over to the ice cream store.
Kanao's POV
"KAW! KAW! YOU'VE REACHED YOUR DESTINATION!!" My crow yells.
"Thank you for giving us the directions." Aoi replies.
"Kanao and Aoi here!!" Nezuko yells.
"Come inside!" Tanjiro exclaims.
"MONITSU, CANAOE AND AOI ARE HERE!" Inosuke screams.
"WHY CAN YOU PRONOUNCW AOI'S NAME BUT NOT MINE?!?!" Zenitsu exclaims.
"I'm sorry about the noise levels" Tanjiro says.
"It's ok. It can get quite loud at butterfly mansion sometimes." Aoi replies.
"I'm going out to buy some food." Nezuko says.
"Im coming too! must protect you from danger Nezuko chan!" Zenitsu exclaims.
"IF THERE IS DANGER THEN IM COMING!!" Inosuke yells.
"Can I come too?" Aoi asks.
"Sure! I'm leaving now." Nezuko replies.
They all go and Tanjiro and Kanao stay home.
"It's quite cold here." I say.
"That's strange. I just lit the fireplace." Tanjiro responds
"My body isn't used to cold areas like theese. It is quite warm back at butterfly mansion." I explain.
"Here, take my haori. It will keep you warm." He says with a smile on his face.
"Thank you." I reply.
My face goes red. What is this warm feeling?
"Are you ok Kanao?" Tanjiro asks.
"Yes I am." I say.
"Alright then!" He replies. " Is there anything specific you want to eat?"
"No. You can make whatever you like." I reply.
"Maybe I should ask your coin if your lying." Tanjiro suggests.
"I left it at home because it was a gift from Kanae." I reply.
"I'm glad your starting to follow your heart!" Tanjiro exclaims.
"We're back!" Nezuko says while Aoi is holding the other 2 back from a fight.
"I'll put everything away." Tanjiro replies.
"You two! Stop fighting." Aoi yells.
"Don't worry Aoi. I can stop them you. Why don't you rest with Kanao?" Nezuko replies.
"Get away you boar head!" Zenitsu exclaims.
"Remind me to never go anywhere with Zenitsu and Inosuke again." Aoi says.
"What did they do?" I laugh.
"They started having a physical fight because they were arguing
over which apples were fresher." Aoi replies.
"Wow." I say.
"Why are you wearing Tanjiro's haori?" She asks.
"Oh I uhm-" I nervously murmer
"Don't worry, I was only messing with you." She replies.
Shinobu's POV
We finish eating the Ice cream and I ask Giyu to stay at butterfly mansion.
"Can you come over to butterfly mansion?" I ask.
"Please! Master Aoi and Kanao have gone to Nezuko's house so now we're lonely!" Sumi, Naho and Kiyo exclaim.
"Sure I guess." He replies.
